@Dex In Germany Contra got renamed to Probotector and all Human characters were replaced with Robots
On my Amstrad CPC 464 it was called Gryzor
@@skelbagz And there's a character in the dlc called probotector and its a robot. so that was a nice touch by the developers

I've been having a blast with this DLC. Hearing a Vampire Survivors cover of the Contra: Hard Corps theme is something I didn't know I needed until today

It's so boring and constricting and pointless. They sucked way back in Early Access when this game had 2 maps, and they still suck now.

I have to get back into this game, I bought the Among Us dlc awhile back and never played it and haven't played since.
Another great dlc.
the only downside i cant understand : second and third character has shotgun like weapons and they are very underwhelming in the beginning. too much waiting time to kill anything. i am looking forward to your limit break run with these weapons.
But the rest is great. love the new weapons with the litlle drones
Just heard about this today and instantly went on steam and bought it, jumped into the new stage, and here comes that scrolling message. I go and shred the contra boss and just like that, I'm addicted to VS again. It's as easy as that 😅😅

also the sandclock can turn enemies teethless so they cant hurt you

Almost all of the new weapons feel incredibly disappointing to use unfortunately, finished everything in the dlc today and I really feel like alot of them could use a huge buff.
Only thing I feel that way about is the spread shot. It is so weak it's basically pointless. I think giving it natural pierce would go a long way

I wonder what happens if you pick up the weapon power up when you have maxed level weapons, does it evolve it and what happens if they are all evolved will it just give you a free limit break, but that brings up another question what if you dont put on limit break then what will it do?
It just gives the 1 Revive only. They're used evolving all these DLC weapons, sometimes as the only item, sometimes with another item.
