Boxing Combo 2 - Slips, Forward Movement and Angles
Вставка
- Опубліковано 18 жов 2017
- This combination has a focus on slipping punches to establish angles, while also putting pressure on your opponent with forward movement.
Jab-Cross-Slip, Pivot-Jab-Jab-Cross-Hook-Slip, Pivot-Cross-Hook-Cross
Key Points to Remember -
- Each time you slip, your lead foot will take a slight step in the direction you are slipping in. This will give your rear foot momentum for your pivot.
- After your slip, pull back that same shoulder you slipped with to generate momentum for your rear foot to change direction
- Immediately after your pivot, push off of your rear foot to spring forward into your next set of punches.

Trying to be, lol. Was a very busy year but hopefully we can keep the videos coming. Thanks for the support! 👍🏼
happy to see u back
Thanks for the support! 👍🏼
I get it takes practice and I'm just too slow, but every time I try to attempt this in sparring they just move right with me and don't let me get that angle.
I love the concept but that one slide with all the information is a lot to take in at once
Thanks for the comment. The average person loses interest within a minute or so when watching videos. The videos were edited so the viewer can pause them to review the information if needed. Hope this helps. 👍🏼
I want this shirt so bad
good video, but way too fast.
Thanks for the reply. I made them short due to viewers generally having a short attention span. My first videos that I ever posted were more lengthy and the shorter ones got a better response. I'd recommend pausing/rewinding etc. so you have time to review and read the material if need be. Appreciate the feedback!
