Great story. I have one complaint. Jack is blind. Why does the narrative insist on saying that he WATCHED an individual? The dog would be using his sense of smell to warn of individuals around him. Use the intensity of their smell to gauge their nearness as well asl ocation , left, right, in front or in back of him. That said, you should be commended on this uplifting story. I have no charitable thoughts toward her , original owner's husband. Why didn't he drop him off at a pound or rescue? He would be safe, have food and water, and an idiot like me could have found him to add to my family? Dumping him on a busy street, he wouldn't be able to avoid vehicles that he couldn't see. He couldn't run for the same reason... was there a car, a wall, a gapping hole? The only good out of the dump site was the fact it was in a town and in a business/housing area. Just a very slight better chance for food plus not getting lost on open fields or falling over ravine or cliff edge.
Cried a lot watching this incredible incident. God bless olivia abundantly.
wonderful story, Dogs are so much better than people! I still have 11 rescues!
I LOVE DOGS. I HAVE A WARM HOME, AND FOOD. I WISH I COULD HELP A DOG LIKE JACK.
