@@OfficialPuvve instead of nerving combo points, a system I'm no fan off but is obviously the best. They should buff the other two. Meanwhile the penetrating shot seems to require that mobs are closely packed together and you need to position your shot
More you push and more you realized Penshot cannot OS elite, so maybe you can still OS them at sigil 70, but for the next 30 Sigil you need a ST ability. Putting your poison trap after running though enemy cannot be done above 70 SIGIL. If you run through ennemy like on your video, you will get OS. very similar paragon to the maxroll build which im using for my pen+rapid double imbuement build. it slaps. Builds really are a preference. I've been experimenting with Icy Alchemist Aspect as a range rogue. With penitence and methodological caltrops, whenever I hit with shadow imbued skills, everything is frozen and there's always 2 explosions happening. 1 shadow and 1 chill. Crowd control is great. You can also pair this with either Toxic Alchemist or Noxious Ice. It's just so hard to decide 😂
@@Robin00607 aspects I mentioned above activates when you damage a chilled enemy with shadow and poison imbuement. You chill enemies with penitent greaves and your caltrops. By hitting chilled enemies with shadow imbued skills, they explode with chill damage and further chill them (icy alchemist aspect). When this aspect activates, you can freeze group of mobs very easily without cold imbue. You can also pair these with aspect of noxious ice. Chilled enemies poisoned by poison imbuement will be further chilled and you deal 25% damage to chilled or frozen enemies. Complete the trio of imbuement aspects with Toxic Alchemist aspect. Damaging poisoned enemy with shadow imbued skills creates a toxic explosion. So you'll be using shadow and poison imbue as a range rogue, kite and chill enemies with your movements before unleashing imbued skills to see fireworks
Is an aspect making your penetrating shot shoot out in a T shape or something? Cause when I tried pen shot it just fired 1 arrow straight ahead?!?!? Edit : 10:06 nevermind
You posted this yesterday, saw it and didn't have condemnation to really make it work, so I left it in the back burner 'till the dagger dropped. Well, two hours after that, the dagger dropped. My aspect dropped with a 34% damage buff, not too bad. Also ended up getting Asheara's dagger as well. Now working on putting this together.
I dropped a condemnation but on my poison / shadow barrage (focus on poison) the damage drops of significantly. It's a decent roll but just not good enough vs my not so good roll sword which has a focus on crit, poison and imbument damage. Elites in t40 dungeons go from one shot of my poison barrage to two sometimes three if I don't place mg shot right.(lv80)

I think both barrage and rapid fire are way clunkier than running penetrating shot with a generator. I hope they remove combo points power and gives us a chance to look more at Preparation or Inner Sight.
@@OfficialPuvve instead of nerving combo points, a system I'm no fan off but is obviously the best. They should buff the other two.
Otherwise nerving combo points is just a straight nerf to rogue damage..
O don't agree about them being clunkier. Not sure about rapid fire but barrage barely needs positioning and isn't clunky at all. Use it as AOE for mobs and shotgun for elites and bosses.
Meanwhile the penetrating shot seems to require that mobs are closely packed together and you need to position your shot
is barbar work with this build? also there is a unique bow has a good state why not use it I don't remember the name
So just replace poison trap by Rapid fire, and if you found really resistant ennemy just use RF, as well as killing boss faster.
you can place poison trap with infiltrator. also you dont need rapid fire, pen shot is efficient by itself.
Hello m8, must ask if u using hearts in neck and rings, and if u do what kind of hearts?
I run over the top poison with pen shot and twisting blades for bosses, it’s very good for long range and close
Brooooooo i been asking that to myself latley y not twisting blades with pen shot or rapid fire?! How is it
@@Binetti816 for me it’s fun, coz u can do the in and out bang bang or if u go for harder dungeons and things get out of hand u can run and fire a arrow to finish stuff off, I use dash to get out and get shroud chance to appear from arrows to, u can get a legendary node that increases damage from bow to melee and melee to bow, I like it anyway 👍
@@Binetti816 was pen shot, and sometimes rapid, depends really, both have the good points
please, update this build with the new hearts. And a question, which is best: barrage x rapid fire x penetration shot.
is it worth running skyhunter unique bow?
I like my flurry rouge. But I'll definitely try this build.
Nice content.
what malignant hearts will be using in this build bro?
Hey can you update the build site to add the preferred stats to have?
the build looks amazing! is it possible to play this build without the unique sword? or I'm going to be losing too much damage
why all the items now are capped at lvl 80 lvl requirements.?
How high have you got in NM with pen shot @Nizar, I'm up to 70 but that's as far as I can get.
Awesome build man, would it be possible for you to put the armor stats on the d4build site?
how do you get bursting vemon above the range limit? mine only deals 2.8k damage...
How are you popping dark shroud? Not on hot bar
Umbrous aspect
Aspect pops a ton of shrouds with penetrating shot.
@@TickerSymbolYOU He doesn't have it on any of his gear though...
What about your specialization?
By any chance are you going to update the paragon board with the missing points? Thank you
what I would do for the final 20 points is in the description friend!
Love the build buddy thank you, one question, is it not worth running corruption aspect for imbuement dmg?
I played a Penetrating shot build similar to this before the season and I had a blast (I used Rapid Fire with Poison imbuements though for bosses but found it really annoying) Started a Twisted blade rogue this season and I'm currently level 54 but I really don't understand why Twisting Blades is such a popular build and is said to be the absolute best Rogue build there is. I just feel like it is very luckluster and doesn't have the oompf that Penetrating shot does.
Maybe I'm not playing it optimally but I feel like criting 15k with them at this point is just not the ultimate build I thought?? When at this part with pen shot I was criting way over 150k.
It's a fast build for moving around and for speed, but for gameplay I really don't like it at all. I think I'm going to try and transition into this build instead but It's gonna be annoying to find the gear for it while I'm playing on my TB.
Damn your build at those higher Tiers looks like such a BLAST! 😂
Hope they dont nerf bursting venom, i got a twisting blade venom DoT rogue pushing 85s with up to 3 mil damage ticks
Curious, would chip work just as well in place of canny. Or should canny be used over chip?
Running a penetrating with shadow. Have yet to add poison. Would you suggest canny over chip. I've been using chip.
Did you decide on the last 20 points yet?
i hate that all the rogue builds aren't really ranged builds, even the ones that use the bow/xbow you're still right in the enemies face all the time. RIP Demon Hunter
D4 is too zoomed in for ranged at all.
I use forceful arrow, and 50% of monsters I kill are behind the one I'm attacking with pen shot, and they are all off screen.
Goeie build maat 👍🏻👍🏻
why u left the last 20 paragon points ???
Any good sub glyphs for canny?
Hi im new to d4 i tried folow lots of builds only to se items i never gonna gett in build, my question is what do i do untill i IF i ever gett god gear?? GV!!
Rogue is by far the only class in game feels well polish compare to other classes, all skills are useful and viable. ( after playing Barb and Necro to 100 + Farming NMD 70)
i regret rolling necro so bad honestly.
i can't tell if i hate the game or if necro is just insanely boring.
just feels like you spam bone spear and walk like a turtle because your base MS is so low
@@haluakui yeah bone spear is boring af, but the new minions build are not too bad you could try it out( not as good as bone spear ofc), Sorc are boring too. imo Druid & Rogue are the most fun, 2nd is barb (except most of the build using 3 shouts)
@@caased tbh i just think the game sucks man.
i hope it gets better soon because i dont want to feel like i've wasted 70$ lol
Thank you so much for this build and in-depth analysis. I'm still missing a lot of aspects for it but I'm getting there, and I was looking for penetrating shot for bosses. Thank you again.
Also, would you say cold imbuement is good too? I was looking at it and I was wondering if it can act similarly to poison imbuement.
Poison is unfortunately not good with pen shot as it doesn't hit often enough to freeze consistently like it would with Barage or Rapid Fire. Poison is just by far the best trait for rogues, highest dps.
Are any of the unique bows for the rogue ever worth it. I keep getting drops and just sigh because im always using a crossbow. That vulnerable damage man lol
All the bows are so bad for rogue, maybe Skyhunter u can do something wit it but the other one idk man
I think I may try skyhunter just to mess around with it a bit as long as it's a good roll exploit will cover some vulnerable exploit stat needed
I use my Skyhunter only to prevent the heavy lid of my stash box from squishing my fingers as I close it. xD
How do u get around the squishyness
What's the specialization?
Best builds in the game❤
Is this updated to season 1?
Any tips for staying alive? Granted I'm level 61 in tier 4, but all I'd like to do is the lowest nightmare dungeons in tier 4 for the time being. Seems my dark shroud orbs disappear immediately and I'm dead.
get the aspect that gives shroud
What’s better to play your rainbow rouge build or your penetrating shot build
What puzzle? What have you solved...

Thia build ia fun but falls off late game for me. I feel like flurry and twisting blades are best for higher level Nightmare dungeons especially for faster clears. Maybe i wasn't playing thiabbuild right but eventually it just stalls and bursting venom is good only if you're able to stay in the small pool of poison but for this build you're constantly moving
it hits 54 millions later, what are u talking about lol
@@JanPapiezGaming it hits hard yeah but survivability falls off. In my experience but even in the video his health gets pretty low
My bursting venom only activates a few times.. im lvl 61 not sure what could increase it or has it been nurfed already?
It hasn't been touched! You only need to have it a few times activated anyways since it's overkill to use it every single time it procs
is this build good for lv 75?
very similar paragon to the maxroll build which im using for my pen+rapid double imbuement build. it slaps.
Instead of the poison pool aspect i use the aspect of arrow storms, helps clear out the left over trash and adds to overall dps by a fair amount.
Im debating whether to put the trickshot on the sword and put corruption on the amulet instead, maybe that do a bit more damage. Also searching for a max roll sword to replace the comdemnation, put vengeful aspect on it for more crit chance or accelerating for more attack speed
What does the Arrow aspect do exactly? Do you mean the one that comes with that one unique amulet?
@@Venvaneless it spawns an arrow storm at the end of your pen shot. looks like a mini rain of arrows(the one on the unique amulet). scales with your stats as well so it can crit and do a bunch of damage
@@nthoang1293 I know there’s a small rain of arrows available as an aspect in the Codex/found on items, but it’s not dependent on the pen shot build, you can use see it with every attack, it just won’t work with any imbuement, obviously.
@@Venvaneless it also works with puncture since its a marksman skill. you're right it doesnt work with imbuement. still the damage is enough to do what i what it to, clear out the left over trash mobs
Could you explain For Dummys how this works and what i have To do For IT 😅
@@Robin00607 aspects I mentioned above activates when you damage a chilled enemy with shadow and poison imbuement.
Interesting
@@randrei001 ohh thats a nice Combo i was kinda disapointet using the ICE enchant but this Sounds kinda nice thx For answer
@@Robin00607 you're welcome. I really just wanted to try some ignored or slept on aspects and found that this one actually works with my setup
That sponsor transition 👌
How skill Dark Shroud active can you tell me ?
By imprinting the Umbrous Aspect on you armor
@@BaldNbeardy ok thank you
@@BaldNbeardy He doesn't actually have it on any of his gear...
Is this build viable for leveling as well?
Absolutely!
Elites in t40 dungeons go from one shot of my poison barrage to two sometimes three if I don't place mg shot right.(lv80)
how you healing?
how is he getting life regeneration? i just have no sustain
how on earth do you get 35% split on a amulet...
I heard bursting venoms is broken. its droppin the pools wen hittin poisoned enemies, not just from poison imbued skills, makin it proc more than intended. is this true?
Yep. Had it proc numerous times from shadow imb skills and puncture unimbued.
How do I get bursting venom
@@JessieGutierrez. Best way to get it is rolling Gloves from Obols (Surveyor of Curiosities). You can get it from weapons too, but Gloves are cheaper and it'll improve your odds ratio to Obols spent. This aspect apparently can't be gotten from any dungeon. Of course it can randomly drop form mobs on Gloves, 1H 2H Off-Hand, Rings & Amulet because that's where all Offensive aspects come from. Your odds chances is 0.07% from the obol Surveyor dude.
aspect of BUSTED venom
