My nutrition varies to accommodate my training but this is what a typical day will look like for me while I am training for the Crossfit Games. Watch until the end for total macro count!

You def have to eat a lot to survive CF. I only did it for a year and went from 210 down to 187. If I knew better at the time I should have eatin more to get stronger.

Hey Noah, first off big fan and good luck in regionals and hopefully the game's this year. Now that that's out of the way I had a question about nutrition. I was wondering if you offered any coaching or program's to help people out with it. It's the one department I've had issue's with in my Crossfit training. I know how to eat healthy but I'm struggling to hit my goals and just find that exact program that works for me. Matter of fact I haven't come close to hitting them and I've tried almost everything. I just can't seem to find an answer and now it's getting to the point that as much as I love Crossfit I'm starting for the first time to lose my drive and passion to train and it all stems from training my ass off for year's and not seeing the results that I long for and badly want. I can explain much more in detail about goals and my nutrition if needed but for now I just wanted to ask. Either way whether you can offer help or not I just want to say thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to at least respond. Good luck and god bless!

Noah, great video man! Thanks for posting. Regarding the dinner, how did you go about measuring out the gnocchi, chicken sausage, etc?
If it works for you then keep it up, I tried the bagels they upset my stomach...I'm a little surprised Noah is not more paleo but to each his own when it comes to diet, I'd recommend carbs with less wheat myself...

What's the main difference on the total intake between Active and Rest days? Have you ever tried getting more Protein in stead of that huge amount of Carbos to get the Macros of the day? if so, why are you getting more Carbos instead? :) I'll be waiting for the answers dude!! Also, on rest day, how is your diet difference? Just no shakes (so 150g less carb, 450 less cal)?

I am going to be starting CrossFit soon, tonight is my first trial with the box closest to where I live. I am a runner that and I lift to supplement my running but after my races I am going to take on CrossFit 3-4 times a day. I know I will need to dial in my nutrition. Do you document your daily meals somewhere online?
So are these X works powders the only like protein shake stuff you take? I was looking for a good protein powder but there were so many to choose from. I think I will try this one.
