FYI: We are not professionals, and we don’t claim to be. This is what we found worked for our project. Yours may need a little different approach. Safety first!
I love the tip with the straw to clean up an inside right angle. Very cool! You also did the DIY filler that I also do. I bought a dozen small spice jars. Every time I use a different colour of wood, I collect a jar full of the sawdust so I always have just the right shade for whatever project I'm working on.
Great idea! Thanks for sharing Penny! -Steph
that’s so smart !!
I love that idea! And the DIY rebate piece of wood you made is SO handy :) I did that under my desk for quick IKEA tray drawers. Keep it up - love how you both work great together 😊
Thanks Vikkie!
Thank you for such a cool project. Lovely that you and your mom did the project together. 😊
Thank you! 😊
Ladies, of all your projects the two of you have made, this is one of my favorites! (along with the spalted wood end table). I love the way you glued the boards to make "finger joints", I love that the table can be made different heights and widths and I like how the table can be moved from vertical to a horizontal table. Excellent idea and presentation!!!
Thanks Anthony! :)
Very Sweet. I’d love to build one for Mom. I moved parents in with me after a house fire we had. And she has Parkinsons. I would add a circular cut out for her cup to sit in. The height you did here is perfect. Is it possible to make deeper and wider? Thanks So Much For Sharing!
A cup spot would be great! You should be able to adjust the dimensions, you just want to make sure the weight is balanced and it's not too top heavy.
@@MotherDaughterProjectsDIY Awe I can do that. Thanks for the reply. 😊
You guys are great!
Both of them were very professional and panned presentation beforehand. How these videos should be done. Great work and inspiration. I’m going to try this.
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it. -Steph
Nice table. I recommend using a wet rag to wipe the glue, a couple passes should do it.
Wonderful project and easy . Thanks! Have orders from family for three. Seems I will be churning these out!
What a beautiful relationship you have with your mother. God blessing.
Love the tutorial video once again! Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Exactly what i was looking for! Thank you!!
Thats how its done. thank you
Love you guys🥰🥰🥰 mother daughter love
Lovely piece looked easy
Hi! Looks great! Thanks for sharing! About how much would you say it cost you to make one?
I think it was around $50 in materials. -Steph
@@MotherDaughterProjectsDIY Thank you!
Nice build, love the rustic look. I’m sure it will come in handy. 😀
