- One of my all time favorite beat em up ! Really sad that this game has been pulled out from the stores, making it impossible to play for those who haven't already bought it.

For those wondering, I have bought this game before it was delisted. If you also bought it, you should be able to download it again via your Purchase History on console.

So my situation might be a gift/ curse. I downloaded this game as a ps plus for free like 7 years ago, it was free as long I paid the for the ps plus. So basically the game is never really mine and I can only play the full version when I have ps plus. But ps3 will never have any more ps3 free games anymore so I will never get a ps plus card. So that's that, I am stuck with being able to play it as long I'm a ps plus member . I am lucky to have the option to play it, but at a cost of getting the ps plus card.
I need the game on pc...... Anyone?

For those who haven’t played this legendary game, this game is actually pretty damn difficult and it only looks so easy because he not only isn’t on supreme master mode, but he is on maximum stats which makes normal mode look like a joke and supreme master mode seem fair.

No, not really, he's exaggerating, also, there have been signs that Ubisoft plan to re-launch this game, nothing concrete, but Edgar Wright supports it, Brian Lee O'Malley supports it, and when they tweeted Ubisoft asking for the game back Ubisoft replied with a thinking face emoji.

I like how the gender of an "ex-boyfriend" was listed as "female".
They poke fun of that in the graphic novel, where the title refers to her as "Ramona's 4th Evil Ex-Boyfriend", only for Roxxie to angrily yell "I'm not a boy!"

@@marquis533 That was around the time Roxie is fought at Club 4. The same thing happens in the novel, where during Volume 4, Ramona corrects Scott saying "Evil Ex-Boyfriends" by saying "Evil Exes". Though in the issues after, everyone just refers to them as "Ex-Boyfriends" again.

This game was a joke with Knives, even the "Kefka" form of the last boyfriend is easy with her, without even needing the sword.
PS: Also Scott's ending made me remember how much of an asshole he really is lol
The True Bro, he was a quester to get his One True Love, but it was denied so. On my point of view, Scott’s ending makes him somewhat famous for his... anti-heroic deeds? And ends up dating 3 other girls, all at the same time.
I remember breaking the game with knives. If you get her super charged (when you can do that infinite combo thing) and then start using the air bombs she can fly up infinitely.

ISuckAtGaming you don't need the super charge for that. When you level her up enough she can do that even in her normal form, making her the most overpowered character in the entire game.
Don't worry, this ending wasn't canon. Romona's ending is.

I bought this game when it first came out, I even went to SDCC 2010 where they were promoting the movie and met some of the stars. This game is a classic and a great love letter to the side scroller beat em ups that came before it. A+++. I modded an arcade cabinet to hold my Xbox 360 and so it's like playing this as a true arcade version.. ❤
How funny, I was actually replaying this recently. Still a fun time with 4 people.
There was a tweet from Scott Pilgrim's creator saying the game should be brought back (although he responded to that tweet saying he's kidding). Ubisoft actually responded to it with "🤔".
Of course this doesn't really set anything in stone, but who knows, maybe someday we could see the return of arguably the biggest example of the problem with digital-only games?
Imagine if it made a comeback on the Switch? This game would SELL

Probably never, this game went through licensing hell between the movie, comic, and soundtrack artists. Ubisoft's rights to these expired thus was the reason why it was removed. Which is unfortunate, this was a fantastic game.

Edit: fun fact if you had the knives dlc if you summoned her striker against the mutated boss gideon it flipped him to his side making it impossible for his punches to hit you

I remember when this game was first released it was ridiculously hard. You had to grin the first level for hours till you were strong enough to move on. They fixed it with a patch if I remember correctly. I still have the game and it’s beautiful

@@TwilightLink77 I expected to be able to play through the game at a reasonable pace. Think more along the lines of TMNT. Back then, I HAD to play the first level like, 50 times before I could even attempt the second level. I'm glad they patched it.

the first boss isn't even worth an extra large Double-Double.
I cheesed the hell outta the last encounter with Gidion. I traped him at the edge of the screen and just kept doing that flame updercut move. It was so much easier than his mutated form.
Also, I hope all these people that commented about wanting to bring the game back out got it when it did. I instantly pre-ordered it on limited run games myself.
