What I really like in the boss fights are :
1) The reaction and cheerings of the public
2) The music is played with the same instrument that the boss

This has to be the most memorable game from my childhood. I could play the game for hours on end, even after finishing the game. The boss fights were a blast.
My childhood games were this, Minecraft, fnaf, Lego Star wars, angry birds, cut the rope, Mario Wii, and Skylanders.
Same and of DKCR (Donkey Kong country returns) i like of how the Tiki's soundwaves match the colors that the actual tiki is. Like of how Krazy Kalimba was red and blue, the soudn waves were also red and blue@MrIG511
Man I remember waking up every weekend and just start playing it on my Wii. When I finished the game I didn’t care it was still really fun to play and I mainly played the boss levels over and over because they were so fun.

Yea...im like in denial at how easy he is to beat, and as I was watching the video before I saw the fight I remember thinking about how I used to beat this boss just for fun because I "mastered it". Then after seeing the fight in the video, nope, I realize its just because he is brain dead easy and you can kill him in 2 seconds lol.
I love how in the mario series Dk is so much bigger than everyone, and in the Dkc series he's so small.
Ikr just imagine how small Mario or Yoshi would look next to Thugly, Stu or Tiki Tong.
Its because in the Mario world everything is quite simple and tame, but in Donkey Kongs Country you can't walk outside without being mauled by a vicious monster

I always used to think the minecart one was so scary as a kid because they were so close to falling off into the bottomless ravine.

Everyone knows the tiki song before each boss has the instrument play when they hipnotise, but I bet not as many know that the bosses ost incorporates the instrument in, I just realized that.

I remember playing one of the levels in world 2 at a target stand after buying super smash bros brawl and man… I remember having a great time, I was like 6 or 7 and I still hold this memory til this day. I’ll Never forget that moment.

My favorite boss has to be Thugly, the fight is just like the first boss, Mugly, but a lot harder. The best thing is the Soundtrack, the fact as you progress with each stage the music gets more and more intense. Love it
The factory boss battle is my favourite
You could even make the case that the reason the music gets crazier and more intense is because as donkey Kong beats the ever living shit out of the boss it’s progressively snapping him out of the tikis control and this the Tiki has to crank up the music to keep them brainwashed and mind controlled
and also there is and cool fact that each soundtrack is made with the instrument of the tiki

By far the Scurvy crew was the best and most fun fight when I played it on my Nintendo 2ds
