A Traditional recipe with some personal touches.
It's a recipe that's been passed down generation to generation in my in-laws and as I've said before I have made some adjustments in the recipe but it hasn't quite lost it's authentic uyghur touch. I think this is one of my popular dishes because God know how many people have requested me to make this on so many different occasions. I think it's the love that's been put into this recipe that has made it a one of a kind.

Ingredients for the paste:-
Onions: 2 kilograms
Minced meat: 1 kilograms
Cumim: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
Salt: according to taste
Red Chilli power(optional): according to taste
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Oil:4 tablespoon
Chicken powder: 2 tablespoon
