I find it so interesting, as a young woman, finishing my first major, that I know I've always wanted to be a mom. Never once I thought differently. But I've also always known that I want to have a career, to be successful, not only as a mom, but working as well. To see mom's talking about it, make me feel more safe about all of this.

Would love u to find a disabled mother and talk to her about her experiences as I am disabled and I have a 2.5yr old and when I was pregnant I was looking all over youtube for other disabled mothers and was so hard to find.

jSimsPlayz I’m disabled and 22 weeks + 4 now - I am doing that desperate UA-cam searching too! Please Gi find a disabled mum or two to interview!! This conversation needs to happen! There is tons of support for mums with disabled children, but none for disabled parents or disabled pregnancy. Xx

Lizzie Dean Makes exactly the only info I came across was the message that If your disabled you can’t cope and that social services would be inching to take your child off you, which simply isn’t true, lots of help out there for us disabled mums if you are lucky enough to get the right support

I've always wanted to be a mum, very maturnal, I'm a nursery nurse as a profession but at 47 now and think unfortunately it's not going to happen, menopause has hit and I'm grieving the fact that I won't have children.... Not easy season I must admit....

Have you ever thought about adopting? It's a beautiful thing and might give you the happiness of being a mother, even if the child isn't your blood.

@@AllieLima I would definitely adopt or foster. I've got experience with special needs children and would like to help children in the care system. I'm also single so ideally I would love to get married and have a family unit 👍 😊
