- I wrote a book called Happy Mum, Happy Baby. I was overwhelmed by the amount of emails and messages I received in response. I didn't want the conversation to end there, so I decided to start a podcast where I invited others to share their experiences. It was a huge success, so for series four I wanted to progress things and film it too. So every Tuesday at 5pm I'll be uploading the video footage from the podcast here... I guess that makes it a vidcast, but let's not get too technical.
The series will be a collection of frank and warm conversations with high-profile mums and dads. We'll be discussing all aspects of parenthood - the highs, the lows, the challenges and rewards. There is no such thing as the perfect parent. Instead, we’re all simply doing our best. It’s time to stop comparing ourselves and champion each other instead. Each episode will be truly unique yet unifying. No topic is out of bounds, and I hope the podcast and supporting video will be essential viewing for any parent seeking solidarity and support.

I have never seen caroline before and I love her!! Soft play makes me go full throat punch had me howling laughing. This is my kind of womens. I have 2 girls and pregnant with no 3 and this is me as a mum love it!!!
She is such a straight forward, strong personality. I can only admire her for being who she is.
By listening everything, I am just thinking what a dickhead I was to my mom when I was 15 and thanks to God we have survived it. My mom is my friend and I am happy that I came to my senses :)

Love these podcasts but the sound is so quiet compared to other videos on UA-cam Really struggle to multitask and enjoy without headphones 😭😭😭 Wish there was a way round this xo 😭😭

Just brilliant! I’ve had a $**t day today with my 2 year old diva and teething 9 month old. I’ve felt really low and ratty all day - it’s been a slog just getting through until bedtime. I realised I hadn’t laughed all day today until I watched this... thank you. I feel rejuvenated and feel like you know what.... I’m doing ok even on a bad day. Loved the soft play/park comments 😂 Literally me and the daft thing is, I feel I should be enjoying that but you’ve reassured me it’s ok not to love it! Caroline seems so so normal and Gi you are an amazing host. All I want is my children to feel loved like yours obviously do and I think they do. Thank you both. Just what I needed today ❤️

My girls are 7, 3 & 2 and I literally want to stop time after listening to this 😂😂 I am dreading the teenage years!! My eldest is a literal angel, my youngest is a pain in the arse but she’s two, my middle daughter however, lord help anyone who gets in her way!
Had never heard of Caroline before this, totally love her honestly and humour. It is so refreshing to hear, we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Saying this having only watched 10minutes of this and off to waych the rest of it now. Such a positive approach to life.

Love her. I work at a hospital and we have a measles protocol now bc there have been outbreaks in the US. Not vaccinating is a very scary choice.

Completely agree on the vaccinating your child! My son is autistic and I can guarantee that he didn't get it from his vaccinations! People need to do their research! This whole podcast was amazing xx

Caroline I think you are my twin! Soft play still makes me shudder ( just the thought) 18yrs later! I used to look at the perfect mother’s who seemed to like it and just think I was crap! Now I embrace the fact I hated it! 🤷🏻♀️
Completely agree re vaccines, it the fact that it also exposes new babies to all these viruses as they can’t have anything until 8weeks! Plus anyone with a suppressed immune system, it makes my blood boil!

Bloody loved this! It was lovely to hear someone who’s is so honest about children and motherhood, warts and all. Through all the honesty it’s obvious caroline deeply loves her kids but I love that she doesn’t sugar coat it. Would love a cuppa and a chat with her as I think we’d really put the world to rights. Fab episode 😁

As a mum of 6 aged 6-21 (5 boys 1 girl)
I totally agree with all her sentiments regards girls versus boys and teens, my daughter is now 16 and as soon as her hormones kicked she switched from sweet polite considerate girl to emotional mood swinging spawn of the devil, and the vitriol that spews out of her mouth towards me and her 2 older brothers would make your ears bleed!
can't wait for that all to settle down!

I swear the audio has got quieter every time I try to listen to it. I am unable to finish this podcast. I have to have my phone right up to my ear to hear it properly. Other UA-cam videos are completely normal, so it's not my phone.xx
Hated soft play Caroline, my son was a monkey and I always got mums coming up asking if he was my son, I would say he isn’t mine isn’t he a pain!! 😂😂
I've never had a miscarriage but still wouldn't wear black knickers my whole pregnancy in case I was bleeding.

God no I've 2 daughters and 3 son's and thankfully daughters now 18 and 15 are fine, never had the hormones kick in, got lucky I guess
