Andreen was a friend of mine. And Andre worked in military intelligence with me. Ok so I just finished the video. First of all, left out was that he killed her in front of their daughter Elena, who is autistic and was not very verbal at the time but immediately stated that her “dad hurt momma” to her grandfather when he showed up to find his daughter. Also, we were BLOWN AWAY when he got manslaughter when he so openly discussed how he “got angry after she was dead bc why does this happen to me? So I took the hammer and beat the body with it and stuck it in her neck”…yes he continues to reference her as the body and stick the claw into her face/eye area over and over and then into her neck…all after she’d been dead and he had moved her to the farmer’s field. Then he burned her, out of anger…his words. Also, she’d had those tattoos they weren’t new. She’d had them since she dated her bf. He was using the bf as an excuse and to date we have no idea if she was actually trying to get back with him. He never said they were either. She wasn’t going back to Jamaica. She’d just got two new sites up and took out a kickboxing contract as she loved to work out. Also, she was the one that filed for the divorce and then pulled it months later bc he faked her out. We told her not to. We KNEW it was him day one.

Hi Jennifer, thanks for the additional context and I am really sorry for your loss. And yes, we did leave out the daughter having witnessed parts of what happened. We try to be careful and respectful when dealing with any details around children involved. In this case we felt that we could tell Andreen’s story without getting into what Alayna may have seen. Hope you and everyone impacted are doing well.

During his testimony no tears, no emotions, no remorse just discarding your wife the mother of your child like a piece of garbage or a dead animal. He didn't do this as self defense. He just lies and lies. Lied as soon as the cops caught him. Tried to go to the ER to create an alibi and had people searching for your wife knowing damn well you killed her and knew where the body was. This man is just sick and cold hearted to his core.

Hey I just wanted to say to Peggy Stoute, to people of our generation, underrated means-what it means. That ppl haven't really given it the notice and appreciation it deserves. Meaning, it's given a low recognition and rating.
      BUT....
I have noticed that this 'younger generation' calls anything that they haven't really heard of, or maybe is a secret gem of a find, underrated. This generation sees it as a compliment. They are basically saying that nobody talks about how great someone/something is, but wow how wonderful they are! They are underrated, meaning ppl should really expose how fantastic this (person/place/thing that is underrated) is!
It used to be a term/phrase that was not a compliment. If u said an actor was underrated he'd be so insulted. Nowadays it's like saying, Look what I found! More people should take notice of this wonderful actor he's fabulous! Oh well, just my 2¢.
And BTW this channel is AWESOME!!!! 😎 Since the 1st video, I was hooked! Thank you for the continuous hard work & dedication to the respectful yet entertaining true life stories!

I feel the same about parents who do the same knowing they murdered their children. I naturally possess people reading skills so my brain starts breaking every word, gesture, etc down the minute they start talking. This dude is not faking anything in his testimony. I can tell you right now, he loved her but he doesn't regret her murder. The only remorse is for his daughter not having her and her family's loss but she wronged him. I do believe she intended to use him and steal from him but it was discovered b4 her plan worked out. Had they not had that argument, I don't think he would've murdered her. I don't think he would've killed her had it not been for the circumstances surrounding the murder. I don't think he had any spite against her prior to the circumstances surrounding the murder.

I'm not saying he's innocent, but based on what he was convicted on, he should have gotten no more than 10 years. Not only did the judge give him the max. They gave him another 5 years as a plea deal for tampering with evidence. That was not a plea deal. Five years is what you would normally get for tampering with a plea deal. I don't know if it's something in the water, but most Jamaican born men are crazy. They are very strict with women and very aggressive and refused to be denied. The same way a human being could repay her husband's Love and Provision that he showed her by bringing her from the slums of Jamaica to America, putting her through college, financing her business in it's infancy by getting her old boyfriend name tattoo'd on her body, taking frequent trips to the island to see the pookie, and attempting to swindle him out of his rightful share of the company business by setting up a bogus real estate business in her daughter name and her as the soul owner so she could embezzle money from legitimate jointly owned businesses...
      That's how that happens..

It is imperative that he remains confined, never to be released. There is a haunting suspicion that his mother may have been involved as well, adding another layer of complexity to this tragic tale. Nah, they saw and heard a lot more than what you are told.
Andrene was a crafty deceitful, adulterous wife, she played her husband for a fool, in spite of the fact, he took her from Jamaica when she was barely 20, bought a beautiful home for the family, sent her back to school, as she only completed high school when she left Jamaica, gave her the capital to start their business, yet her way of repaying him, is to cheat on him with a drug dealer.
The man snapped, he tried to divorce her once and she convinced him not to, because she was greedy and wanted more of their business.
She was also very disrespectful verbally, in his testimony, he said, she told him on the night of her death while they were having a heated argument, to
      "go and suck his mother"
In Jamaica, this is a big insult, it means
"go and give your mother oral sex"
She didn't deserve to die, but she contributed massively to the chain of events leading up to her murder.

I think the only reason that this was manslaughter and the jury was deadlocked for a while was b/c of the way the wife was portrayed- if she was having an affair AND trying to take the majority of the profits from the business after he had supported her I think people can understand a scenario where he is angry and lashes out- not that this behavior would be justified but I think it made the jury think that some kind of unintentional death was plausible.

Thank you for presenting such a thought provoking, albeit sad, case. You do an exceptional job with your channel. For future reference, from here in Texas - Bexar County is pronounced “Bear” with the X being silent. Crazy, I know. Thanks again for all you do and have a great week.

@@DollhouseBeautyyy I totally get that. Thanks for understanding that I wasn’t being critical. He has a great channel and hopefully this info is helpful for future posts. There are many well known places in Texas that someone who is not from here wouldn’t know how to pronounce. How about Mexia, Bourne, Waxahachie, Balmorhea, Llano, Chillicothe, Nacodoches, Refugio, and Pflugerville? Just to name a few. Haha. Have a great week.

@@moniho6907 Yes, really. It’s unusual because as in the word Texas, obviously you say the letter X. There are many explanations online of why the X is silent and the most common one is that Bexar comes from the Spanish word Bèjar, pronounced Bay-har in Spanish. Words are very interesting. Have a great week.
