Andreen was a friend of mine. And Andre worked in military intelligence with me. Ok so I just finished the video. First of all, left out was that he killed her in front of their daughter Elena, who is autistic and was not very verbal at the time but immediately stated that her “dad hurt momma” to her grandfather when he showed up to find his daughter. Also, we were BLOWN AWAY when he got manslaughter when he so openly discussed how he “got angry after she was dead bc why does this happen to me? So I took the hammer and beat the body with it and stuck it in her neck”…yes he continues to reference her as the body and stick the claw into her face/eye area over and over and then into her neck…all after she’d been dead and he had moved her to the farmer’s field. Then he burned her, out of anger…his words. Also, she’d had those tattoos they weren’t new. She’d had them since she dated her bf. He was using the bf as an excuse and to date we have no idea if she was actually trying to get back with him. He never said they were either. She wasn’t going back to Jamaica. She’d just got two new sites up and took out a kickboxing contract as she loved to work out. Also, she was the one that filed for the divorce and then pulled it months later bc he faked her out. We told her not to. We KNEW it was him day one.
Hi Jennifer, thanks for the additional context and I am really sorry for your loss. And yes, we did leave out the daughter having witnessed parts of what happened. We try to be careful and respectful when dealing with any details around children involved. In this case we felt that we could tell Andreen’s story without getting into what Alayna may have seen. Hope you and everyone impacted are doing well.
During his testimony no tears, no emotions, no remorse just discarding your wife the mother of your child like a piece of garbage or a dead animal. He didn't do this as self defense. He just lies and lies. Lied as soon as the cops caught him. Tried to go to the ER to create an alibi and had people searching for your wife knowing damn well you killed her and knew where the body was. This man is just sick and cold hearted to his core.
Maybe he had already cried. You don't know his story but are only listening to what is being said here. There is a lot more to this story that I believe most people would agree to leave it to God than a court of law. The wife is not the saint that she is portrayed here to be.
@@Jane-b9e7t It was his own testimony, which showed no remorse, no regret, no compassion, no feelings, nothing, just lies. He is a spoiled child in a man's body, who didn't get his way.
Not only that but corpse mutilated the Judge knew they got it wrong bet they were shaking in their chairs with the Judges statements of him bordering on serial killer.
There is a reason it got knocked down to manslaughter. Nobody deserves a violent death in front of their child. But the manslaughter charge says a lot. Was she planning on his murder? Why is info being left out? If you're plotting your husband's execution with your drug lord boyfriend. Modern ladies be aware of who you associate with. She wasn't a saint.
Wives or husbands, if your partner is volatile and unpredictable in anger, this is your wake up call! Get out and lay boundaries before they get to this point.
@@Angrycomments we don't know for sure what was happening in the home. Yes she seems to have had an equally scary and dangerous person in her ex, but he killed her. Her plans to do crimes against him are no excuse at all for murder. He still chose to kill her......and we really only have his word for how the confrontation took place. I'd be shocked if it actually happened as reported. I think it's very likely that he realized how very cornered he was and chose to kill her. Before her own plans for him could happen.
I was married for 14yrs. Been divorced for 4 yrs. When it's time to depart. Stand on it. And NEVER look back. Crazy society we live in today. TRUST! 🙏🏾 💯
They needed to divorce. But I guese Andreen did not want to lose money in getting divorced and unfortunately this are the consequences. Let the money go...
The fact that his father was/will face murder charges spoke a lot about McDonald's family! They not only have anger issues, they're a bunch of pretenders and evil men!
Murder is never right, but women need to stop trying to strip men of everything they worked for... I rather leave empty handed than plot and scheme how to leave the person with nothing... A lot of men ego gets the best of them when women cheat and then try to take there wealth and leave!! This goes vice versa... A woman will kill or get a man killed if he cheats and try to take everything from her!
That lady literally tried to end that man livelihood he tried to divorce her and she begged him back trying to finesse him out of his business he was already sharing with her why should he have remorse for her? She was the cold 1 she went got another men tatted married wtf are you serious!!
The Jury did not realize he is monster...big military guy was defending himself from a woman and a woman who made a living out of care giving I feel the jury was was a little more than handed picked on this one.
Narcissist never take accountability for anything. Nothing will ever justify him taking her life leaving his daughter without a mother. Calling her mother to confess to killing which was a lie, is so demonic and self serving🙄. RIP 🙏🏾❤️🕊️
Perhaps, they deserved each other. Both of them seem like demons to me - what kind of woman cheats on her hard working husband with a drug dealer and then tries to take all of the family assets? And what kind of man doesn't call 911 and render aid if they were fighting and he hurt her? The fact he desecrated the body says to me he intended to kill her.
You don’t believe she was narcissistic. And wick. This lady got a tattoo for side dude while married. she was not being abused she however who abusing him mentally and emotionally. And she knew exactly what she was doing so I don’t feel nothing for her. He wanted divorce she want to keep him in situations for her own benefit and we don’t know if she was planning on killing him why stay with somebody you don’t want to be with. She was the evil one. And cause him to turn rotten
And she nonchalantly tattooed, her ex-boyfriend information on her body and dealt with drug dealers. Actions have consequences. Sorry. Obviously, she did not see him as a threat to be that fucking evil, and think that he would just let it slide I guess. If you’re fearful of someone, you’re not going to try to piss them off.
I really wish people would stop using the word "underrated" to describe Kevin's work. There is nothing underrated about what he does. Growth is incremental, and the channel is indeed growing. Oh, almost forgot to say keep up the great work, Kevin.
Hey I just wanted to say to Peggy Stoute, to people of our generation, underrated means-what it means. That ppl haven't really given it the notice and appreciation it deserves. Meaning, it's given a low recognition and rating. BUT.... I have noticed that this 'younger generation' calls anything that they haven't really heard of, or maybe is a secret gem of a find, underrated. This generation sees it as a compliment. They are basically saying that nobody talks about how great someone/something is, but wow how wonderful they are! They are underrated, meaning ppl should really expose how fantastic this (person/place/thing that is underrated) is! It used to be a term/phrase that was not a compliment. If u said an actor was underrated he'd be so insulted. Nowadays it's like saying, Look what I found! More people should take notice of this wonderful actor he's fabulous! Oh well, just my 2¢. And BTW this channel is AWESOME!!!! 😎 Since the 1st video, I was hooked! Thank you for the continuous hard work & dedication to the respectful yet entertaining true life stories!
If you don’t immediately contact the police after you supposedly “accidentally” murder someone then you should be eligible for first degree chargers (i.e. they need to redefine 1st degree charges)
How this dude says that he would not pretend to search for her because he knew she was dead is bone chilling. Just matter of fact and nonchalant.... just wow. Sounds like mess all the way around but she didn't deserve what happened to her. I have recently discovered your channel and it is a great channel.
It’s horrible that numerous ppl had to search for her and stress out over it when he could have just turned himself in. I actually think it’s more diabolical given the way he said it.
@kathrynbillinghurst188 I find it more disturbing when the murdering husbands get on TV, crying and begging for her safe return while out with the search party knowing full well they killed them. I feel the same about parents who do the same knowing they murdered their children. I naturally possess people reading skills so my brain starts breaking every word, gesture, etc down the minute they start talking. This dude is not faking anything in his testimony. I can tell you right now, he loved her but he doesn't regret her murder. The only remorse is for his daughter not having her and her family's loss but she wronged him. I do believe she intended to use him and steal from him but it was discovered b4 her plan worked out. Had they not had that argument, I don't think he would've murdered her. I don't think he would've killed her had it not been for the circumstances surrounding the murder. I don't think he had any spite against her prior to the circumstances surrounding the murder.
This is common in cases where black women are victimized. Start looking for this trend in these domestic murders - these thugsss will pretend that it’s self defense and go for manslaughter. That’s the only reason whyyyyy he called the mother in law. Tbh in society black women are demonized, and not seen as humans, victims or just women -worthy of protection.
Well, unfortunately, this happens in most marriages, but mainly whyte marriage. Wives @ husbands killing for beneficiary wills, jealous. And affairs same all around some what. And never post their murders and killing of one another.. but benefits off on what happens in the blk community's, because they know some of us will watch. But all you have to do is a Google search, and national news or channels display their gruesome behaviors as well.
This was hands down the most informative commentary done on Andreen. I never knew they had found her remains. Wow, Andre' is a real piece of 💩. I hope Andreen's baby girl is thriving and always know how much Andreen loves her. This was truly sad. And for Andre's dad to be responsible for an similar act speak volumes about the kind of "men" they are. He would have never let her go live life without him.
A manslaughter charge for what he did to her really pisses me tf off. He kept referring to “ the body” like she was nothing. He was disgustingly nonchalant & clearly has no remorse, he should have gotten a first degree murder charge or at least 2nd degree 😒
Totally agree it should have been first-degree violent murder like that. At the least he should have got life in prison for first-degree murder he almost was on the stand bragging about it I don't know how the jury got manslaughter out of murder charge the judge should have overruled it
@@CrystalDorsey-sj6bl that’s what I’m saying! He did come across like he was bragging. He didn’t forget any details. Him taking the steps to cover it up should throw out any of that manslaughter bullshit!!
This entire situation is horrible. I been Married for 24 years. People never knows exactly what goes on in a marriage. You will only know what they tell you. It sounds like their marriage was toxic. No one deserves to be murdered no matter what they are accussed of doing. Condolences & Prayers to her daughter & family. 😪🙏

I believe he actually used a hammer to beat her to death and told a lie when he said that he beat the corpse with a hammer. Because the medical examiner had discovered blunt force injuries when examining the remaining bones, the killer had to come up with a story to explain such injuries; he didn’t want it known how he actually killed her.
Exactly he said he hit her after no you killed her with a hammer and she was probably trying to get away and he left her to bleed out probably when he went to the gas station her phone was missing so how don’t we know he was texting himself
He annoyed the judge because he was looking down at his phone - what the heck is an accused criminal doing with a mobile whilst sitting at the defence table during their own trial?? Is that a normal thing in American courts?
If you find yourself saying words to the effects of "if I go missing then my spouse did something to me" RUN RUN RUN, don't wait around. I lived with DV for 7yrs, I am now in an extremely loving and safe marriage, you know the difference, please find a way to save yourself, it might take a little time or a couple of attempts but don't ever give up trying to find a way out, or if you know somebody in a situation like this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be patient with them, I know it's hard to listen to "im definitely leaving this time and never going back" only to see them go back but I promise there will come a day when it all falls into place for them and they can leave for good and when that day comes you will 100% be needed and so appreciated, more than you will ever know, just don't give up on them. Kevin I've said it before, I really love your channel, to me it is so underrated but I know it will continue to grow, thanks for all your hard work 😊
So true! 💯 I also left one and am now married to the kindest man I’ve ever met! It’s been three years of heaven and still makes me cry at how gentle and kind he is to me and everyone around. We never fight and laugh everyday. He’s my best friend.
Question for you. When I tell women to leave DV situations, the push back I always get is either "leaving is most dangerous for women" and why don't you have empathy for her situation? Is there something wrong with telling women not to wait around for someone to kill them and take their freedom in their own hands no matter how dangerous it is?
@@ddavis8988 there's nothing wrong in telling them that and your correct but for a lot of situations it takes planning to be able to leave safely. Abuse is a form of control and the moment the recipient leaves the abuser has lost control and can't cope without lashing out - usually worse than before. But with support and planning it can be done. It's hard having patience waiting on someone you care about to be ready, just let them know your there when they are ready. Talk to a dv specialist on how this can be done - so you can help in the right way 💜
I don't understand how a person can tell people, 'If I'm missing or found dead, my husband/wife did it' If you feel that way about someone, that's the last day they should have access to you. Your life has to be precious to you first.❤
I don’t get it. Just get away and have your lawyers speak to each other. She had the resources. Man I just feel really hurt when I see these successful women being unalived by these pussies!
I feel similarly when I hear this, but then I have to really try to understand that she was indeed eventually murdered by her spouse and I don’t know how that really feels. I truly can’t judge. It’s definitely mind boggling, I just have to remind myself that I’m blessed not to know what that life would be like. I can think of how I’d hope I’d respond in that situation, but living it is another story.

Kevin! Thank you for covering this case - it's one I had not heard of. The two things I love most about your channel are 1). You cover both well-known and "deep-cuts" cases, and 2). You convey the details of the cases in such a way that gives well-rounded, thought-provoking, and sometimes even differing or contradicting perspectives on the cases, based on the viewpoint of who is providing the detail. Thank you for your great work!
I’m shook that the jury could not find him guilty. He was so violent and was very nonchalant about it. I hope they can’t sleep at night. Her poor daughter and family.
The Jury probably took into ocnsideration felt that she was a cheating drug dealer screwing money grabbing scumbag and had it coming to her in someway - maybe, I dunno -- but maybe thats how they felt.
I agree. You can’t but to think it’s because of the lack of empathy and humanity shown to black women! The fact that he said the things he said in front of the jury is mind boggling as well! 🤯
@@amberthediyamazon1256 Wasn't she cheating on her husband with a scumbag drug dealer though? She didn't deserve to be killed but please don't hold her out as an example of black women - she contributes to the lack of empathy.

With that the money needed they would have to split in a divorce by the wife wanted more than that. She wanted to take the business for self. And allegedly try to get him killed as well. @@marklenhay5903 What is this edge this man was pushed over? Why could he be provoked to such heinous acts? Why wasn't he able to leave? He seemed to have money, opportunity, and time, yet he chose to act out of emotion and murder someone who upset him? It kind of seems like a giant, awful, unjustifiable temper tantrum. Like a documented, clear inability to maintain control over one's self. To become violent against an unarmed individual out of anger, murder that person in front of a child you share out of anger, and then casually recount mutilating the body post-mortem, in front of a room full of people, because your anger still hadn't been assuaged, is less a push over an edge and more 'I was born this way'. #seriouslythoughwheresthisedge #idliketoavoidit

Andre's actions were of malice and hatred of his wife. He was clearly angry and besides himself. What's interesting is there seemed to be no good character witness on behalf of his wife. The jury probably felt like her affair caused him to lose his mind. And considering his own father has done the same thing to the women in his life, this entire family is a hot mess. This is so sad. It’s WILD he got manslaughter when he literally described how he killed her & what he did to her remains. He had no remorse or respect for her from the beginning.
He hated her , women or himself… A ten year difference , family history and greed lead to her death. Be mindful of dismissing your own an accepting others into your life based on a “ come up”. He made her his slave just like his dad did those ladies in Jamaica 🇯🇲. Also, that old world ignorance/ aggression is obvious in this man’s face. Success/ education And fancy cars aren’t for everyone. Ijs
People really think the police won't look at their Google search history or what? I also really really hope their daughter didn't know what was happening, poor girl. Thanks for sharing this case, Kevin. I have never heard of it before.
Right? "Google, tell me how to hide a body that I just annihilated with a hammer and left in a field at 123 Farmer Lane? I don't want the cops don't find out. And I want to live happily ever after. Asking for a friend."
The way he so matter-of-factly talked about how he brutalized her body after she was dead, no remorse or sympathy at all should’ve told the jury everything they needed to know about this man! He didn’t even attempt to pretend like most murders, he really could care less about leaving his child mother, and now fatherless! I guess he learned that from his father
He shouldn't have gotten so much time. The jury gave him a lesser charge so he could get less time. The judge decided to override the jury and did his own deliberation. I'm not saying he's innocent, but based on what he was convicted on, he should have gotten no more than 10 years. Not only did the judge give him the max. They gave him another 5 years as a plea deal for tampering with evidence. That was not a plea deal. Five years is what you would normally get for tampering with a plea deal. I don't know if it's something in the water, but most Jamaican born men are crazy. They are very strict with women and very aggressive and refused to be denied. I had a few Jamaican dudes that I had issues with. Those guys was were putting me in a position where I felt the only solution was to kill them. I thank God that he intervened. Jamaican born men need to stay their asses in Jamaica. They have a bad reputation among other bkack people. They will push you to have to kill them. They don't jnow when to stop, they are annoying as fuck and they walk around thinking they are invincible; just because they probably went and got some voodoo protection. They are also heavy in black magic as well. When they come at you they come to destroy your whole life. Same mentality as this man.

The same way a human being could repay her husband's Love and Provision that he showed her by bringing her from the slums of Jamaica to America, putting her through college, financing her business in it's infancy by getting her old boyfriend name tattoo'd on her body, taking frequent trips to the island to see the pookie, and attempting to swindle him out of his rightful share of the company business by setting up a bogus real estate business in her daughter name and her as the soul owner so she could embezzle money from legitimate jointly owned businesses... That's how that happens.. No Man who doesn't truly love a Woman does all those things for you... No Woman who is not truly evil repays your Love and Provision with treachery, lies and disrespect... I think that just about covers it. !!! I think we must be talking about two monsters here... Because there's no way she did not put the wheels of her own demise in motion.
Thank you Kevin for taking the time and effort to provide photos of the people and the actual locations involved in these stories. I hate channels that use random stock images.
That wouldn’t even fly in my country which are known for mild sentences. This was a brutal premeditated murder which should automatically have given a life sentence without parole. Unbelievable. The jury must have been out of their minds.

What an utter psychopath; he thought that his wife wanting her share of the business and having an alleged affair was justification for killing her. Such arrogance and lack of remorse is chilling. Then he kept on playing the victim. Truly an evil individual who should be locked up for good. Even his child hates them. Father and son cut from the same cloth it seems.

Texas is a crazy place. I know this because a guy was searching for a cow’s head so a neighbor could use it as a lawn ornament, and that wasn’t the weird part. And while on this search and encountering a bad smell he does not immediately think, “Dead cow”. He assumes it is more sinister. Because....Texas.

So, true!! I lived there for 20 years. Odd place….Except for Austin…I live in Europe, now but I am a Longhorn for life!!! The rest of Tex is just awful!!!!! ❤❤😂
The roots of this darkness run deep within him, as his father committed the heinous act of taking the lives of both his former and current wife. It is imperative that he remains confined, never to be released. There is a haunting suspicion that his mother may have been involved as well, adding another layer of complexity to this tragic tale. It is crucial to understand that these killings were not driven by infidelity, but rather, he possesses an innate propensity for murder.
And the love of money is the root of all evil.. This has nothing to do with the father in law. This has everything to do with a Man being enraged by a Woman he loved enough to Bring from the ghettos of Jamaica... Put through college and Finance her own business venture and the Woman repaying him by getting another Man named tatted on her body and Making plans to push him out of the businesses he started..!!!. This is what drove the Man to kill his wife... It's actually just that simple.
This guy is pure evil 👿 and he can lie through his teeth and not even be bothered by it. He is trying his best to make people believe that she was the only one that could possibly do anything wrong. I feel so bad for her family because she was murdered in such a horrible way that it’s inconceivable to believe. 😢

Oh boy, the jury DEFINITELY f*cked up this one. Holy sh*t! This was a blatant case of 1st degree. No matter what the mother of his child did, barring CA, she did not deserve that. He absolutely is a monster. I hope that baby girl of theirs is doing well. ❤ Thank you, Kevin, for everything you do, with class too! ❤
And this is the Attitude of 99.9% of Women... They feel that NO MATTER WHAT A WOMAN DOES she does not deserve to face consequences of her actions... Even though she clearly set everything that happened to her in motions by her own actions... 1... He brings her here from the ghettos of Jamaica 2.. He puts her through school 3.. He finances they businesses that they owned 4... She repays him by Cheating with the island Pookie from back in the day 5.. She sets up a bogus real estate business designed to embezzle money from legitimate jointly owned businesses and places that business in her daughters name and makes herself the soul owner... 6... She has a tattoo dedicated to another Man on her body for her supportive husband to see every time he looks at her... But no matter what she does she doesn't deserve for anything to happen to her.... ? Stop acting like she's some innocent little puppy who's just out here in a cruel World. !!!

Andrene was a crafty deceitful, adulterous wife, she played her husband for a fool, in spite of the fact, he took her from Jamaica when she was barely 20, bought a beautiful home for the family, sent her back to school, as she only completed high school when she left Jamaica, gave her the capital to start their business, yet her way of repaying him, is to cheat on him with a drug dealer. The man snapped, he tried to divorce her once and she convinced him not to, because she was greedy and wanted more of their business. She was also very disrespectful verbally, in his testimony, he said, she told him on the night of her death while they were having a heated argument, to "go and suck his mother" In Jamaica, this is a big insult, it means "go and give your mother oral sex" She didn't deserve to die, but she contributed massively to the chain of events leading up to her murder.
What a sad case…. I’m glad the judge gave him 25 years in total. It should have been life though! Hearing about him being cut from the same cloth as his killer father was shocking to me? I hope you will do an episode on him and his wives.

She did not deserve to die of course, but I will say that I would never get a tattoo with an old boyfriend while still married to a different man. She was playing with fire, and sometimes the result is very bad, as it was here. If her boyfriend knew she was still married, he should have given her good advice and told her to wait until after the divorce, rather than taunt the husband. It was a battle between two men, and they are both still alive, and she isn't.
A family friend has already commented here that she actually had those tattoos from back when she dated her ex, so it appears not to be correct that she got them later, which sounded weird to me when I saw it in the video.
Yeah, this video just took the lies and pathetic justifications of a murderer and reported them as the truth. Unfortunately, I find this very unsurprising.
@@leahstone9308agreed. It would be nice to see if there were pictures to show she had them already, bcuz it makes absolutely NO sense for her to do them while her husband was away. If she was gonna go that far and get tattoos at that point she could’ve just cleaned out all the money and left to be with the Ex BF. Or moved out into her own place since he was away. He’s a horrible liar and sadistic. Anyone who watches this video and believes that is what happened is someone I’d hate to see serve on a Jury. My thoughts while listening to the bits from trial was how horrible it is that the killer is the one who gets to paint a terrible narrative of the victim and they can’t speak for themselves any longer. 🕊️🕯️
His dad was a murderer. What is scary is if a son grows up with his father taking his mother's life, what are the chances of him doing something similar even when raised by a good person? Scary 😨
Thanks Kevin for this detailed update. Very heartbreaking and more so disturbing that this man showed no remorse, shame or emotion in the way he killed the mother of his child.. He needs prayer

I think the only reason that this was manslaughter and the jury was deadlocked for a while was b/c of the way the wife was portrayed- if she was having an affair AND trying to take the majority of the profits from the business after he had supported her I think people can understand a scenario where he is angry and lashes out- not that this behavior would be justified but I think it made the jury think that some kind of unintentional death was plausible.
Thank you for presenting such a thought provoking, albeit sad, case. You do an exceptional job with your channel. For future reference, from here in Texas - Bexar County is pronounced “Bear” with the X being silent. Crazy, I know. Thanks again for all you do and have a great week.
@@DollhouseBeautyyy I totally get that. Thanks for understanding that I wasn’t being critical. He has a great channel and hopefully this info is helpful for future posts. @@moniho6907 Yes, really. It’s unusual because as in the word Texas, obviously you say the letter X.
I'm so sorry for your loss. What a tragedy 😢.
Well, sadly she's gone and none of this means anything to her anymore... time for her to RIP!
Hi Jennifer, thanks for the additional context and I am really sorry for your loss. And yes, we did leave out the daughter having witnessed parts of what happened.

With that the money needed they would have to split in a divorce by the wife wanted more than that. She wanted to take the business for self. And allegedly try to get him killed as well. To become violent against an unarmed individual out of anger, murder that person in front of a child you share out of anger, and then casually recount mutilating the body post-mortem, in front of a room full of people, because your anger still hadn't been assuaged, is less a push over an edge and more 'I was born this way'.

Nah, they saw and heard a lot more than what you are told.
She was also very disrespectful verbally, in his testimony, he said, she told him on the night of her death while they were having a heated argument, to
"go and suck his mother"
In Jamaica, this is a big insult, it means
"go and give your mother oral sex"
She didn't deserve to die, but she contributed massively to the chain of events leading up to her murder.
