- In the Autumn of 2013, a young mother and her two children went missing from their home in Deltona, Florida.
28 year old Yessenia’s last contact had been a phone call around midnight the night before she vanished. Her children did not arrive for school the next day.
Suspicions immediately turned to the most likely suspect: the husband, who turned up on scene claiming to have no idea what had happened to his family.
As evidence mounted against him, he began to tell an unlikely story - but would anybody believe him?

When they refuse to reveal the location of the bodies it should eliminate any possibility of parole ever.

Thank you 🙏 I had my Mom for 70 years she had me when she was 15 at that time 1953 it was considered a shame on your family. My Grandfather would kick her in the stomach hoping she'd loose me. He made her marry a man he worked with because my father was in the service & paralyzed from the waist down. The man my mother was forced to marry blew his brains out with a shotgun because she wouldn't sleep with him. We lived with my grandparents until i was old enough to get a job so we could get a place of our own. Sorry if i don't spell or speak well i never got a good education . @@fanofthedog

You hear someone screaming help me in the middle of the night, but you don't bother to call the police because uou think it is youths from the neighborhood? So a young girl could be assaulted outside in the middle of the night and you don't call for that either? Wow, neighbor of the year
Right. It’s one thing to hear a single scream or yell, but to actually hear a distinct “help me” MORE THAN ONCE! Even if I was a kid I would have woken my parents up to tell them to call police.
Most people arent going to call. You can't just call nowadays. You have to be questioned and possibly get sucked into the situation, possibly get charged for some unrelated nonsense, just trying to help someone. Plus you risk of a someone coming after you and your loved ones for getting involved. Do you think this guy would be above retaliating on a nosy neighbor calling the cops ? I think he might be the exact type to do such a thing.

It could be some kids playing around or it could be serious... I think a plea for help when you are attacked or dying is a different tone.

It's possible that young lady got two chances to live that night an offer from her mom and her cries for help... she ignored one and sadly someone ignored her's
Learn from this. Don’t ever get involved with people with an extensive violent history, DEFINITELY don’t expose your children to such a person, and if you have ignored that advice, don’t cheat on that person and continue to put yourself and your kids in harm’s way when they’ve already physically assaulted you, and go home with them. So much of this could’ve been avoided.

If you're a man with kids and considering separating from mother, that's a huge secondary risk that you don't consider most times. 60 times more likely. New bf has no attachment to the kids , no previous goodwill or rapport. Its dangerous to separate from your kids mother

A college student who lived with his mother across the street, Tyshawn Jackson came forward as well, albeit reluctantly." It then goes on to describe the ride to ditch the vehicle.
I went back through the entire transcript and it does not ever say that Ty was dishonest, only reluctant to come forward at first. But he _did_ come forward and it was on his own, not the police bringing him in.

I'm surprised the Kings never tracked Luis down and took care of him in the first place for snitching. And can you imagine being Tyshawn, thinking he's doing an innocent favor for this guy/their family, only to be thrown under the bus like that?!? Yikes! Thank God law enforcement believed him. Anyhow, glad this monster will never walk the planet a free man again. I just wish the three bodies could be located so the family could have a final goodbye to them and burial.

So another case where the mother doesn`t put the safety of her kis before her own desires...I feel so sorry for all the innocent children thrown into chaos and danger and without a chance.
