Mia was trying so hard to catch the drummer with one arm was like me as a young teenager watching HBO super late at night hoping to catch glimpse of a boob through a scrambled TV screen haha
Rick Allen the drummer, lost his left arm in a car accident, when he was only 21 years old. He was close to depression, but his group said that no one would replace him, and they waited for him until he could recover and learn to play again. True loyalty and friendship.
Def Leppard ruled the eighties. This tour featured them at their best. The drummer lost his arm in a car accident. He had to re learn how to play the drums using an electric drum kit with his feet. Great reaction, Mia! ❤❤❤🙏😊
The fact that these guys didn't give up on him and waited for him to recouperate and then learn to play without his arm made them forever great to me. And then to come back with such ferocity and rule the airwaves.... They deserved it
The band showed what Dedication, loyalty and friendship really is after Rick's accident. They waited for him to relearn how to play drums. Rick showed perseverance and dedication overcoming the loss of an arm and still kicking ass on the drums. They fking rock all around.
Hysteria- Def Leppard. Mia these guys were huge in the 80s.. Rick Allen the drummer lost his arm in a car accident before this album. Love for you to react to this classic banger!!
Mia Drummer, Rick Allen aka Thunder God" by Leppard's fans lost one of arms in a bad car wreck nearly 40 years ago on New Year's Eve, Dec.31, 1984 as he tried to pass a slower car front of his car. Rick sped up to pass until losing control of car as the car hit a stone wall. As car tumbling in the field, Rick was flung out from the car. One of his arms, I think it was left arm was still in seat belt. Doctor did re-attach the arm during surgery, but it was amputated because fear of infection. Def Leppard's plans put on hold until Rick recovers from the accident. Band with some experts created high-tech drum kit for Rick. Rick learned all their songs thru high tech drum kit. It took over 2 years before Rick joined his bandmates during a concert. By the way, Rick was 15 years in 1978 when he officially joined Def Leppard with the help from his mom after she answered the ad sent by Def Leppard to replace another drummer.
Excellent comment... I knew about 30% of this story and you finish explaining it in a masterful way with surprising details even for me at this time... Excellent 😊
That's the quickest I've ever seen anyone notice Rick Allen only has one arm. Very impressive! Def Leppard is my favorite rock band. They have a lot of great songs. Please check out "Armageddon It" and "Foolin."
Back in the 80s most of these bands were about sex drugs and rock n roll. The drummer was drinking and driving when he had a bad accident and the car flipped causing him to loose his arm. Def Leppard was loyal that they stopped recording and let him rehabilitate and eventually came up with a drum set and relearned how to play drums with 2 feet and one arm. They kept him instead of replacing him. True brotherhood right there.
I was at this concert. Took place in 1988 in Denver. I was 17,drove 850 miles to go.now days my parents would be in jail for letting me do that😂❤😂.great reaction! Checkout foolin or bringing on the heartbreak
On the afternoon of December 31, 1984, Allen was involved in a car crash with his then-girlfriend, Miriam Barendsen, on the A57 road in the countryside a few miles west of Sheffield. A car in front of them deliberately slowed for him to catch up, only to speed up as he tried to pass. This went on for several miles until, in frustration, Rick accelerated to finally pass, at which point he lost control of the left-hand-drive Corvette C4, which hit a dry stone wall and entered a field. Rick's left arm was entangled in the seat belt and severed, remaining in the car while he was ejected from the car. (A nurse who just happened to drive by right after the crash redered aid to Rick whom was in a shock. Rick would have died from blood loss if that nurse hadn't happened to drive by right after the crash). Doctors initially re-attached his arm, but it was later amputated due to an infection. Initially Allen felt '"defeated" but, buoyed by "family, friends and hundreds of thousands of letters from all over the planet", he decided to continue playing drums with Def Leppard, and adopted a specially designed drum kit. (Rick's drum-kit have more pedals than regular drum-kits. That's how he plays drums now). The band took a hiatus from onstage performances until August 5, 1986, (Rick Allen's first live performance since losing his left arm) instead doing a small run of public rehearsal shows in Ireland in advance of their 16 August 1986 Monsters of Rock festival performance at Castle Donington. He has since re-adopted partially acoustic drum kits depending on the setting.
Yes the love and believing in someone that's so dedicated to playing the drums ...them guys are real men..they stayed dedicated to one of their original guitar player that passed away from alcohol and dr#gs..he had so much talent...research some of these bands and their great musicians and get the real story of living the "Rock Star " life...great reaction
I was at this concert after Rick Allen lost his arm in that accident. I ws skeptical going in, but it was a holy sh*t moment on how good he and the band were. Great reaction.
Saw them twice! Awesome performers!! Drummer Rick Allen lost arm in a car accident , band wouldn’t go on without him. He got better, re-learned on a different drum kit. “Hysteria” was born. My favorite is “Rock of Ages”.
A song that does word play on sugar and honey is "Sugar Sugar" by the Archies, (1969). The video to watch is actually a cartoon of the Archies comic strip doing the song. The song is a bit slower but still fun and could be classed as a teeny bopper or bubble gum song, but I'm... Uh... Well, never mind how old I am and I still like the song. Since you are a fan of good percussion, if you've never heard it, the song, "Wipeout", (1963) has a great drum solo.
Mia, this is my favorite band of all time, and Def Leppard got me into hard rock/metal music. Their previous album Pyromania was 7 platinum at the time, and they wanted to top that, but tragedy struck. Their drummer Rick Allen lost control of his sports car on New Year’s Eve, when a truck almost hit his car head on. His arm when flying into a field, and lucky a nurse was the first person on the scene. Naturally he was in shock, and was crying out for his mom. I think it was the lady nurse who found his arm, and later the doctors attached it back, but his body rejected it. Anyway, the band waited for him to learn how to play the drums with both feet and one arm, and after 4 years put out Hysteria. Hysteria went 10X platinum with 7 hit songs, and a #1 & #2 song on the American Billboard pop charts. Pour Some Sugar on Me hit #2, while their rock ballad “Love Bites” went #1. Both albums eventually reached Diamond status (10x or more platinum). They’re only the 5th band to do so. Their 7 hit singles tied Michael Jackson’s Thriller as the only albums to accomplish that feat at the time. They were the biggest rock band in their genre in the 80’s. The other 2 in different genres are Metallica & G&R. Bon Jovi is the second biggest in Def Leppard’s genre.
This is such a great band. You should check out "Bringing on the Heartbreak, Version 1", "Let it Go", "Rock of Ages", "Too Late for Love". This band has been doing it right for over four decades. Also, anything from their first three albums, their drummer (Rick Allen) has both arms. When he had that car wreck in 1984, the band was not going to continue on without him. He learned to play with foot pedals to make up for the missing arm. Love this band.
Mia, Mia! Another great selection. Def Leppard was great rock band in 80’s. Had the pleasure seeing them perform live. So many outstanding songs to choose from. The first time I heard of them was 1980 album On Through The Night. The song Rock Brigade. Their 1981 album On through the Night had two great songs Let it Go and Bringing on the Heartbreak. In 1983 they released Pyromania full of classic songs. Thanks.
Another thing that made this concert tour unique was that they performed "in the round". Their stage was in the center of the floor and the fans were seated 360 degrees around them.
This song became a Stripper staple... Grinding to some Def Leppard.. Sliding on that pole in the clubs... Fun stuff. My favorite was HIGH AND DRY... FIRST TIME I LISTENED THROUGH A SONY WALKMAN CASSETTE PLAYER, BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL... 😎🔥🤘 ... Keep LEARNING the WILD WAYS OF 80'S HARD ROCKIN! YOU'LL BE DOING PHOTO SHOOTS ON CAR HOODS IN NO TIME AT ALL... LET THAT HAIR DOWN... HEEHEE
I was at this filming. It was recorded in Denver, Colorado. I was in the 4th row. They had to play the song twice to get the cut they wanted . Needless to say, we weren't upset at all! One of the best concerts I've ever been to. I saw them again at Red Rocks Amphitheatre the same year.
@stanleymasterson1135 The music video for Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me" was filmed in February 1988 at McNichols Sports Arena in Denver, Colorado. My home state. I live about an hour South of that location. Such a memorable night. Thanx for asking.
Def Leppard really stands out from most other metal bands because of their excellent harmonies and catchy hooks. Try some of their earlier stuff like "Let It Go", " Bringing on the Heartbreak", "Photograph" or "Rock! Rock! Till You Drop!" ...or more from this album...songs like Women, Rocket, Animal or Armageddon It You're about to go down a deep rabbit hole with this band lol
People mentioned Rick Allen, the drummer, losing his arm in a car crash. What I'm not sure they mentioned is that he was drunk, on coke and speeding. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone.
Yes, the drummer only has one arm. My daughter saw them, Foreigner, and Cheap Trick about 14 or 15 years ago. I'm sitting there, and I get a text "Dude the drummer only has one arm, I wanna have one arm". Kids!
Glad you enjoyed their music! I was more into Van Halen, but these guys were great! I believe there is a documentary on their life through the 80's. My friend loved this song, it was her's at the club she worked at, it's got a great beat, with so much energy!
Watch a movie called "Hystoria" The Def Leppard story. It's a good basic documentary about the history of the band. It was a VH1 movie, you'll enjoy it 😉👌
I remember that there is a one armed drummer. There are actually quite a few famous ones. But there is ONE. Not sure if it's from this band. But there is one drummer who's said to be the best. Even better than 2 armed drummers. He stands to be above the rest. It was said , "if he had his other arm, there is no telling". It was an early UA-cam video. It was him on a 30 piecae drum set kit 🙏 Killer shi. I could be wrong. He may still be out there. Lurking, waiting. Lol. He drums 🥁 💓.
I love that you did this song! It is actually one of my favorites ❤ That shirt looks amazing on you and your smile always makes me smile 😊 LED Zeppelin is what every rock group wants to be so you really need to listen to them 🥰
Yes Rick Allen lost his arm when he crashed his 1984 Corvette passing an Alpha Romero in a road in Sheffield England. He was not able to play the drums and his band mates refused to replace him and told him that they would wait until he was able to play again otherwise they would just disband the band. He did physical therapy and during that time he designed a completely different drum set that he could play with just one arm and his feet. You were not able to hear any difference when they recorded their new album. He says that he still has to deal with PTSD from the car crash but fortunately his wife deals with her own PTSD and they support each other through these times. And even with just one arm he is one of the best drummers of the rock genre.
You could’ve easily heard it before; I hear it in Walmart and Lowe’s and Barnes and Noble’s and the mall and various restaurants. It’s very well played. It also sounds somewhat similar to Queen’s We Will Rock You, which is the sort of sing along song they were going for.
Hey Mia Def Leppard is an amazing band their drummer lost an arm in a car accident & instead of giving up he built his own drumset customized to help him still be able to play hes a legend. My favorite 80s metal band will always be Motley Crüe they did so much raunchy crazy stuff over their time that they are blacklisted from the Hall of Fame some of their best songs are Girls Girls Girls Kickstart my Heart Wild Side i think youll love them i love that motorcycle shirt u got on u look amazing in it if i had a band id call on u to star in music videos for us i hope u have a wonderful Halloween beautiful 🖤🎃❣️😍🥰
I give high praises to the band as a whole. After the accident, they could've replaced Rick Allen, but they stuck with him. They waited until he recovered and learned how to play the drums with his feet. That's loyalty.
Rick Allen. Nicknamed "thunder" for his unique thunder like sounds when he drums. Lost his arm when his Corvette rolled at a high speed. He taught himself to drum from scratch using a modified set. And on less than a year, he was back recording and touring with the band. The never even entertained the thought of replacing him. The stopped everything until he could return to the band. Then they recorded "hysteria", the album that produced numerous chart topping songs, several reaching numbers 1
They did a Crossroads special with Taylor Swift some years back that was quite good. Give it a watch sometime. Since you like drummers, you should checkout a Mexican rock trio of sisters called The Warning. The drummer sings lead on some songs, while drumming. She's also just fun to watch, as are her sisters. You can't miss with any of their live performances available on their UA-cam channel and they're very supportive of the reactor community.
Together with the Simmons company, a special electronic drum kit was developed that Rick Allen could play with his remaining arm and above all with his feet.
This band has so many hits they can't even play all of them live 😂 check out their live versions with their Las Vegas residency concert 🤘😎 the live versions hit different when they have to do all the vocals live. They're good 👍
Loveee the reaction on this vid especially after you found out how the drummer had unfortunately lost his arm. You should know by now how he did. Def Leppard 'def' has some bangers, Talented group of guys. My fav from them is 'Hysteria' slower song but such a GREAT VIBE. Keep rockin' Mia 🤘🖤
Def Leppard was originally named 'Deaf Leopard'...but the drummer at the time (Tony Kenning) thought it would be cooler misspelled 'Def Leppard'... Rick Allen (drums) was only 15 when he joined Def Leppard, 16 when the band was signed in 1979 (His parents had to co-sign his record contract) Rick Allen was easily the best musician in Def Leppard, but tragedy struck in late 1984 after the band's 3rd album... Rick Allen lost his left arm in a car accident in the UK. He decided that he wanted to play drums again and Def Leppard respected his wishes and refused to replace him... Rick Allen got a custom-made electronic drum kit that enabled him to play w/ 1 arm and 2 feet and he spent months re-learning to play drums... He made his return to playing concerts w/ Def Leppard in 1986 and was nicknamed 'Thunder God' after his comeback... He still plays drums for Def Leppard today. Def Leppard is still huge today - they spent the last decade playing arenas and stadiums in the US, UK and Europe. In 2008, Def Leppard performed live w/ a young Taylor Swift on the CMT channel's 'Crossroads' show, playing both her songs and Def Leppard's hits. Def Leppard was formed in Sheffield, England in the 70's by a group of teen boys... Joe Elliott (vocals) joined the band in 1977 w/ Pete Willis (guitar) and Rick 'Sav' Savage (bass)... Steve Clark (guitar) also joined in '77 and the band recorded a demo before 15 yr old Rick Allen (drums) joined... Although starting as a British hard rock band w/ their debut album 'On through the night' in 1980, Def Leppard were also fans of glam and new wave bands like Sweet... David Bowie ... Blondie... and their songs had a pop feel to them Def Leppard were mocked and ridiculed in the UK at the time, but America embraced the band when they toured there... MTV was new when they released their 2nd album "High n' dry" in 1981 and the ballad "Bringing on the heartbreak" ... became a huge hit and the album sold platinum... Pete Willis was fired in 1982 due to alcoholism and replaced by Phil Collen (guitar) and their 3rd album 'Pyromania' in 1983 was a huge hit in the USA & Canada, selling 10 million copies and being #2 only to Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' album... w/ hits like - 'Photograph' ... "Foolin' "... 'Rock of ages' ... 'Too late for love'... Phil Collen recalled that Def Leppard sounded musically closer to pop bands like Duran Duran than heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden. After Rick Allen's car accident in late 1984, Def Leppard took a while to make a new album as Rick Allen made his way back playing drums w/ 1 arm... Their producer Robert John 'Mutt' Lange (who had worked w/ AC/DC and later, with country music superstar Shania Twain, whom he would marry and later divorce) helped craft the album 'Hysteria' in 1987... It finally became a hit in the UK and it was the single 'Pour some sugar on me' in 1988 that boosted sales of 'Hysteria' to 12 million copies (outselling Michael Jackson's 'Bad' album in the US) The album had 7 singles total - 'Women' ... 'Animal'... 'Love bites' ... 'Hysteria'... 'Armageddon it' ...'Rocket'... w/ 'Pour some sugar on me'. Sadly, another tragedy hit Def Leppard after 'Hysteria'... Steve Clark (guitar) was struggling w/ substance abuse, alcoholism and manic depression... after failed rehab attempts, he was given a 'leave of absence' in 1990 to help him recover... Steve Clark died in early 1991 from a mix of drugs and alcohol. A devastated Def Leppard recorded their 1992 album 'Adrenalize' (#1 in the US, 3x platinum in sales) w/ guitarist Phil Collen playing all of Steve Clark's guitar parts... Vivian Campbell (guitar) joined Def Leppard in 1992... the band appeared on the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in Wembley stadium in 1992 to honor the late singer of Queen, Freddie Mercury... and released a collection of unreleased songs in 1993 as 'Retro Active'... which sold platinum. Def Leppard's popularity declined in the 90's but they persisted in making albums - 'Slang' in 1996... 'Euphoria' in 1999... 'X' in 2002... Their popularity came back by 2005 w/ a double CD release of their greatest hits 'Rock of Ages'... and they were back to touring huge venues again after struggling in the 90's. Guitarist Vivian Campbell was treated for cancer in the 2010's and was replaced temporarily on tour while he recovered... They have released the albums 'Def Leppard' (self-titled in 2015) and 'Diamond star halos' in 2022... Newer songs include - 'Take what you want' ... "Let's go" ... 'Kick'...
Sheffield is a city close to my heart, I was at Uni' there in the 80's when DL were starting to be huge, around the time of Pyromania. Drummer loses an arm, no biggie, it's exactly what the town and it's people are about.
Other best bets for DL, Let's Get Rocked, Rock of Ages, Animal, Hysteria, Photograph, Love Bites, Armageddon It, Make Love Like A Man. Trust my taste you'll like any of these!
Here's some suggestions by them.. "Bringin' On The Heartbreak" "Armageddon It" "Hysteria" "Photograph" "Two Steps Behind" "Now" "Rocket" "Love Bites" "Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad" Just to name a few.. 😁🎸
Mia,you was born a rocker.😈😈😈 Now,here are some bands you should check out. Helloween.Dio,TNT,Judas Priest,Running Wild,Chroming rose,Anthrax,Manowar. Those bandnames are my salute to your reactions. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
you should do a reaction to one of their older songs before Rick lost his arm, and then another song from this album or the album that came after. Concerts in the 80s were about the music, the friends with you, and the moment being created as every concert was monumental compared to the average day-to-day.
Really great concert. They filmed some of video at ‘ the Big Mac’ mcnichols arena in Denver. Unfortunately the venue was leveled many years ago. I felt fortunate to be on leave and a good friend buying tickets
yeh Rick Allen got in a car accident while the band took a rest between albums. He lost his arm because o9f the seatbelt, they reattached his arm but there were complications with it becoming infected and had to be removed. They then had a choice whether to look for a new drummer or wait for Rick. Rick learned to play with a drum set he created which is a tweaked electric drum kit. He really was fantastic before the accident and still a marvel after he recovered. The fact they waited for Rick is a true heartwarming story, the were very popular at the time and still decided to wait for his recovery. Good on them!. Love the shirt by the way😛😛🤤!
Ya this is one of my favorite bands. They really didn't play in the 80s. their last album Pyromania came out in 1983 and Hysteria came out in 1987, 88. They wouldn't play until Rick Allen could come back after his car accident where he lost his arm.
I don't agree with your statement about "not being crazy about the 80's rock bands," but everyone has their taste, the thing about Def Leppard though is they had a larger appeal than other bands of their era, where most of the bands of their genre had something like 70/30 (or 80/20)male female mix of fans, Def had closer to 55/45 mix of fans, something about their music cross genders better than other groups of their time. And it wasn't because they had a super sexy frontman or anything like that, it was the actual sound of their music that had that appeal. Heck at the time I was a kid who prefered soft rock (Chicago, Hall & Oates etc) over harder music, and yet Def was one of my most played tapes.
Should start w/ earlier stuff, this is their most favorited track, my personal fave is "Rock of Ages"..."Photograph" is amazing too...and after this they came out with "Let's get Rocked" in the early 90s
My favorite Def Leppard tune too. I would recommend watching the old video of the song, when they were younger. Also, Rick had both arms in that video. What a great band!
If you can get them edited in time to post, 3 songs that are appropriate for Halloween are Monster Mash by Bobby Pickett; Marie Laveau by Bobby Bare; and Witchy Woman by the Eagles.
Check out Crossroads with Def Leppard and Taylor Swift. Taylor approached Def Leppard about doing it because her mother was a big fan of the band and she listened to them all the time when she was growing up. They did it about 10 years ago for a television station. They play each others songs together. You can find it on UA-cam.
Just wanted you to be aware cuz it happens frequently that I received a message from scam artists pretending to be you & reported it to UA-cam. I've received messages like that before when watching other UA-cam music reactors. Just wanted to let you know cuz other followers or subscribers may receive the same messages & ask you about it.
He got in a car accident lost his arm, figured out how to play with one arm and his feet. He doesn’t wear any shoes when he’s on stage plays with his feet.
All I know is Joe Dirt liked Def Leppard and that foo was a Rocker through and through! 🤘 I can still remember the part of the movie where he says his favorite bands were AC/DC, Van Halen, not Van Hagar, Skynyrd, Def Lep.
I watched these guys in San Antonio. Not only are they great, but I went to watch Rick Allen, one of the greatest drummer of all time. He was amazing with just one arm. I can't even drum with two
The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm But why's everbody always pickin' on me?
I was blessed to have worked as a stagehand and security for Def leppard's hysteria tour two legs of the 88, 89 first show was in Norfolk Virginia during a snow storm and a year later at the Hampton coliseum
This is from their big hit album Hysteria, it turned them into superstars. For some, they had even better Rock On their previous 2 albums. You will love a lot of it, try Photograph, official video next and rock out pretty Mia! Enjoy. 🔥🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶🔥
First, love the reactions!! Fellow Gen Z here who was raised in a heavy Christian household. Since you like drums, you should react to Phil Collins, In the Air Tonight! Keep up the great work! The editing is on point!
I thought they said “Red IPhone” in his second line 😁 living like a lover with a radar phone… this one and hysteria are the two I like listening to “and love bites”
Yes Rick Allen lost his arm in a car crash back in the 80’s, he learned to play with his feet using an electric drum system.
Mia was trying so hard to catch the drummer with one arm was like me as a young teenager watching HBO super late at night hoping to catch glimpse of a boob through a scrambled TV screen haha
The band literally waited for him to return to drumming status. They would not replace or use a "fill in". Awesome band all around.
Great band and good guys too
Rick Allen the drummer, lost his left arm in a car accident, when he was only 21 years old. He was close to depression, but his group said that no one would replace him, and they waited for him until he could recover and learn to play again. True loyalty and friendship.

I was lucky enough to be in the front row when they rolled through my town in late 1987. One of the best shows I've ever seen!
The band showed what Dedication, loyalty and friendship really is after Rick's accident. They waited for him to relearn how to play drums. Rick showed perseverance and dedication overcoming the loss of an arm and still kicking ass on the drums. They fking rock all around.

Quintessential 80s rock! This song was HUGE!

He has since re-adopted partially acoustic drum kits depending on the setting.
thanks for giving the full story instead of the he was drunk,he crashed the car or it was a car accident short summary.
The nurse showing up when she did was a miracle. Also, the love and support from family and fans. Amazing.

Everyone tells this story a little bit different but that's how it goes with legends. I'm not sure original radio music will ever be this great again.
Thanks.
This is my all time favorite band. I'm a 90s kid but grew up listening to hair metal from my dad. They had so many hits.
‘Photograph’ is one of their classic tunes, and you can see him with both his arms in that one.
What was the date of the concert where this was filmed?
@stanleymasterson1135
The music video for Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me" was filmed in February 1988 at McNichols Sports Arena in Denver, Colorado. My home state. I live about an hour South of that location. Such a memorable night. Thanx for asking.
You’ve been expanding my taste in music with this, me being Gen Z myself, thank you ❤💯🔥
Def Leppard really stands out from most other metal bands because of their excellent harmonies and catchy hooks.
Try some of their earlier stuff like "Let It Go", " Bringing on the Heartbreak", "Photograph" or "Rock! Rock! Till You Drop!"
...or more from this album...songs like Women, Rocket, Animal or Armageddon It
You're about to go down a deep rabbit hole with this band lol
I have never met a woman that doesnt like this song. I think its the tempo and the time signature that just makes them want to dance to it. hahaha
People mentioned Rick Allen, the drummer, losing his arm in a car crash. What I'm not sure they mentioned is that he was drunk, on coke and speeding. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone.
Your 4k 60fps camera is amazing! As if you are in my room. So real picture!
I agree an 8 or 9 for the song a 10 for you and reaction babe keep it up your on your way to 100k❤
It is actually one of my favorites ❤
That shirt looks amazing on you and your smile always makes me smile 😊
LED Zeppelin is what every rock group wants to be so you really need to listen to them 🥰
Yes Rick Allen lost his arm when he crashed his 1984 Corvette passing an Alpha Romero in a road in Sheffield England.
The 80’s were the best. It was the best era ever.
Wow!!! This song (my fav of all time), you & your gorgeous self & in that shirt!!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
She's mimicking the Joe Elliot fashion style with the shredded clothing
This is my favorite band. This was a good song, but they definitely have better ones. Rock of Ages, Women, Photograph, to name a few.
Amazing band. Turning MTV on and catching this video from the start was always a win.
I love watching you get into a song ❤❤
Another best song from the 80s These dreams by this group called heart , it sooo soothing
Blondie... and their songs had a pop feel to them
Def Leppard were mocked and ridiculed in the UK at the time, but America embraced the band when they toured there...
Holy shit. This guy actually wrote a whole essay
@@Yes-Bean It isn't hard to do.
@@sumonjamal1653 yeah, I know but why waste your time on something that not that many people (including me) are gonna read
@@Yes-Bean Why waste my time replying to you?
Because I can.
If you can't read, that's your problem... not mine.
Other best bets for DL, Let's Get Rocked, Rock of Ages, Animal, Hysteria, Photograph, Love Bites, Armageddon It, Make Love Like A Man. Trust my taste you'll like any of these!
Here's some suggestions by them..
"Bringin' On The Heartbreak"
"Armageddon It"
"Hysteria"
"Photograph"
"Two Steps Behind"
"Now"
"Rocket"
"Love Bites"
"Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad"
Just to name a few.. 😁🎸
With his drum kit he plays every thing that he used to play with his left arm now plays it with his left foot. The band overall is incredible.
Mia,you was born a rocker.😈😈😈 Now,here are some bands you should check out. Helloween.Dio,TNT,Judas Priest,Running Wild,Chroming rose,Anthrax,Manowar. Those bandnames are my salute to your reactions. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
I seen this tour when I was 17 years old in 1987. The opening band was Tesla. I suggest checking out them out. In my top 3 fav bands
Def Leppard, Seabird Island BC, '93 saw these guys along with a long list of others - great show.
Rocking DL songs next, Let it Go. Another Hit and Run, Saturday Night, Foolin, Die Hard the Hunter, Mirror Mirror, Comin Under Fire, God's of War
you should do a reaction to one of their older songs before Rick lost his arm, and then another song from this album or the album that came after.
Concerts in the 80s were about the music, the friends with you, and the moment being created as every concert was monumental compared to the average day-to-day.
Love the visual.of Rick Allen's pale skin glowing like a ghost in them Union Jack shorts
Really great concert. They filmed some of video at ‘ the Big Mac’ mcnichols arena in Denver. Unfortunately the venue was leveled many years ago. I felt fortunate to be on leave and a good friend buying tickets
R.I.P Steve Clark.. 🎸🙏❤️
yeh Rick Allen got in a car accident while the band took a rest between albums.
Def Leppard straight 🔥 React to The Rock group Chicago and Journey they 🔥🔥 too
Puhleeze listen to In this Moment - Whore...The In between....Big Bad Wolf...and The Fighter.
I’ve never really listened to Def Leppard but this song is good
Nice!!!! I still remember when this video came out 😂 next I suggest Hysteria! I think you'd really love that
Ya this is one of my favorite bands. They really didn't play in the 80s. their last album Pyromania came out in 1983 and Hysteria came out in 1987, 88. They wouldn't play until Rick Allen could come back after his car accident where he lost his arm.
The drummer lost his arm in a car accident. They actually reattached it but his body rejected it so they had to remove it for good.
If you are into drums, give a listen to Rush and their drummer Neal Peart!!! Mind blowing!
Another great song by Def Leppard called "love bites" and have to say that you're so beautiful and gorgeous
One of best bands ever. Keep going, you definitely won't be disappointed. IMO "Bringing On The Heartbreak" is there best. Great reaction as usual.
My favorite Def Leppard tune too. I would recommend watching the old video of the song, when they were younger. Also, Rick had both arms in that video. What a great band!
@louofm1 Absolutely.
If you can get them edited in time to post, 3 songs that are appropriate for Halloween are Monster Mash by Bobby Pickett; Marie Laveau by Bobby Bare; and Witchy Woman by the Eagles.
80s bands/songs you need to react to:
Band: Skid Row. Song: Monkey Business
Band: Motley Crue. Song: Kick start my heart
Hysteria, Love Bites, Bringing on the Heartbreak, Let It Go, Hit and Run, Photograph, Foolin', Rock of Ages
I saw them in a free concert years ago! My favorite song of theirs is Rock Of Ages, I also like other songs of theirs: Foolin' & Photograph
Def Leppard #1. They have a lot of great songs. They're still touring. Rick 1 arm drummer.
Alter Bridge - Metalingus. From 2004. It's a high energy song. Had this song as my alarm for a while. Has a nice drum and bass line to start out.
Should check out, Slaughter To Prevail - DEMOLISHER
I watched these guys in San Antonio. Not only are they great, but I went to watch Rick Allen, one of the greatest drummer of all time. He was amazing with just one arm. I can't even drum with two
The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm
The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm
The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm
The drummer from Def Leppard's only got one arm
But why's everbody always pickin' on me?
I love Def Leppard ❤
Love love your reactions gorgeous ❤🌹
Rick still had is arm in the earlier videos. A good later video would be "Armageddon It"
I saw them 1993, 2 months after my 12th birthday in Vienna!🤘
Im just here to see how many guys will mention Mia's shirt 😂 Actually, i must admit, she wears it well, and seems like a sweetheart.
Love this song!
When I go to concerts my cell phone stays in the car. It's funny, the band Ghost just announced that cell phones will be banned at their 2025 shows 😂😂
