I would never eat raw food from India as it is not safe. but here in europe, especially in france you get a lot of raw food. almost everything in restaurent are raw in france. and it is safe.

Good informative video. I live in Australia, have never had any worms issue after consuming raw meat and fish here. The only time I ever had any worms issue was ages ago when I lived in a hostel in Kerala. Think the meals prepared in the hostel canteen were low quality and not hygienic.Eskimos living in polar regions follow Inuit cuisine which is mostly made up of only raw meat, this is their staple diet and it is not possible for them to grow vegetables and cook food regularly. They are used to eating frozen raw meat. Conclusion: Any food raw or cooked is safe to eat if its good quality and prepared in hygienic conditions.
