    I have been watching about 3 different pressure washing channels as of late and yours I have sponged the most. The information comes across easier to grasp when you're explaining things. Thanks. Have a great season!

    Hey Austin how’s it going. One of your videos you talked about how to tell customers to leave reviews, and how we count on them, I lost the video, I was going to copy the exact same thing.

    Hey, I wanted to get opinions. How does a standard and deluxe house wash package sound? Standard ofcourse the base house wash, 20 cent per sq ft or however you charge.. and then for deluxe comes with standard price, with additional detailed window cleaning? Cause we know a regular house wash doesn’t include detail window washing just the basic get the chemical on there and rinse off real good to avoid streaking. I was also thinking of a yearly membership that if a person gets, it lowers the price after initial first cleaning and offers a free drive way cleaning after every 2 cleanings?

    Great video, has a lot of good information for my business. Question I have is how early should you promote spring cleaning?

      I would mid February! But it’s going to depend on how quick it gets warm in your area

    Great vid and always informative Preciate it man! Quick question though for you brother, are you running the PW business part time? Because 225k sounds a little low for a full time PW business. I’m just starting up mine and I am trying to get a realistic landscape of the average revenue nationwide for your most PW businesses. Because I see many hitting a million+ or “claiming” to but I’m looking to see the realistic components behind getting there

      *for most PW businesses

    • @AustinDavis24
      @AustinDavis24  10 місяців тому

      225k for for a power wash business running it as a sole operator is pretty damn good. That’s averaging almost 20k/month. So yes I’d say that’s not part time.

      You’re right, in perspective that’s phenomenal man! Come to think of it, all these million + businesses all have teams doing all the work for them more or less so that’s solid bro. Do you also incorporate Christmas lights during winter season or another business like parking lot striping like some of these other guys on UA-cam? Just curious

      @@HartBoysPowerWashing although those are great things to add to the business. I like to keep it short and sweet with my services. Christmas lights could be a thing in the future but for right now, I’m sticking to my services

    Man I got a customer with 3 houses he wanted a quote for back in September, he told me he was gonna use my company but each month delayed it to the next month, last I heard he said after the 1st of the year. I've reached out since then too I'm thinking about giving him a call tomorrow what should I say though? I suck and talking to people on the phone

    Hey Austin, looking at hiring Shawn for website and Google CPC. What’s your current average lead cost using him?

    • @AustinDavis24
      @AustinDavis24  10 місяців тому

      I don’t actually run google ads. I don’t really need to. I have so much work and I’m trying to hire guys that way I can take on more work. But he has really great results with Google ads. Make sure you go through my link!
