Man this is nostalgia growing up as a kid i would watch my big brother play monster hunter and tekken, but now he play's League of legends and other stuff but even so it was the most memorable one.
Back when in psp release, my dad and mom bought me psp from Japan so the first ever games I got was monster hunter freedom, coded arm. Monster hunter was in Japanese language so I did not understand it through but later I got English one and I loved it. Oh nostalgia. Love you mom dad
Your mom and dad are so cool to get you a PSP at that time... While I had to save up my school allowance and even skip recess just to afford my PSP and it was worth it.
i did not understand a single thing i was reading in portable 3rd but fucking around in that game was fun. if a game is fun just by fucking around in it, it is a great game.
i am working on a new mod for monster hunter portable 3rd and this might take the game to a new lvl with the textures i will be using i have been working for 4 days on yukumo village farm and guild hall also water and waterfalls is going to look better than most mods i have seen before

monster hunter games were capcom's never ending action RPG until you get bored after 99999 hours of grinding money and slashing monster for eternity. even xenoblade chronicles series were action RPG spending 99999 hours than monster hunter... PERIOD
It's addictive fun, that's why people play it. We have an inherent desire to hunt since we were born so take hunting, put cool weapons in it, and mix it with big dinosaurs then you got an addictive formula that people love to this day
All best MH games are on PSP and the best is MHFU or better japanese version MHP2ndG with english patch or modded version with english patch (with all DLC's already downloaded), then MHF1 imo, then MHP3rd.
FU and P3rd, as for which is best it depends on how casual you are. P3rd is the easiest and most advance of the other two, it got the best graphics and has many gameplay additions like a sauna, because of that it's more easier for new players to get into as the difficulty is significantly easier due to the additions put into the game and because the game is less clunkier than the other two which makes combat smoother for casual newcomers. On the other hand FU/p2nd is less welcoming for beginners and is a more hardcore experience because it has less features than P3rd and is far more simpler when it comes to the gameplay, it's also noticeably clunky because of the psp controls so it's quite tough for newbies to get used to. But it boast more monsters, more missions, and serves a better challenge than P3rd which can mean more fun for you or more frustration. A lot of the fans of the series considers it the best in the series too and because of it's clunky simplicity it has a more satisfying experience when you DO become good at it. It's a tough game to master by all means and if you're a casual then feel free to skip this but if you don't then this is arguably the best one.
Best game to start with is monster hunter 3 generation ultimate or monster hunter generation ultimate 4 on 3ds then whichever next there’s no story tho
@@thingshappen9199 the older games were split into a regular release and a G rank release The G Rank release would have all the content in the base game and then add a bunch of new equipment and monster variants on top of it, as well as some new monsters to hunt, these would be of a much higher difficulty level than High Rank. So there was Monster Hunter and then later they released Monster Hunter G. This has been replaced with regular DLC-style digital expansions now, like Iceborne and Sunbreak, which I assume sells better in the west, albeit it does sound a lot less cool. G Rank is basically Master Rank. Not sure what the G stands for. Also they weren't too consistent with the naming, MH Freedom 2's G rank version for example was called MH Freedom Unite.
@@thingshappen9199 so the kitten village version having a G rank variant is funny to me cause the G rank segments were ridiculously difficult in the old games, it's funny to me to imagine some kid grinding for days in some cutesy village simulation trying to catch a very elusive fish or something

No but emulation exists.
You can just play MHGU for better experience.
MHP2ndG is the best game EVER, followed by MHF1/MHG PS2, MHP3rd, MH dos PS2, MH4U, MH3U and MHXX.
Evolution Of Games (Donkey Kong ) NES
Which is the best
Freedom Unite

hey what is the difference between monster hunter freedom 2 and unite
unite has more content
Freedom 2 is just a base game alone. Which MHFU is the expansion. Basically the G-Rank version.
Monster hunter segue uma cronologia ou posso começar por qualquer um?

No connections to the story in different games I should say
