If you are looking for a little smoother loading shaft with a very similar profile as the Ventus TR, I would suggest trying to find an original Ventus red 5-R or even 5-S. The entire TR line of Ventus shafts are just a little more beefed up and ridged feeling over the original Ventus line. I ran a similar experiment as you, I played the TR red 6S for over a year and ended up getting better numbers and a much better feel from the original Ventus red in 5S. Oh and fyi...Fujikura just released the new Ventus 2024 model in the blue profile. Im hearing the 2024 Ventus red & black and coming soon. Same as the original but with tighter dispersion
