I love Moore, and Allen is a stud. MHJ is a freak. Plus 5 years of “not cap busting” salary.
I’d make that trade, every day, and twice on Sunday. Williams has never even sniffed a WR that good, and MHJ, even with Stroud at OSU, would have the most talented QB ever to throw to him.

I'd trade the bears 1st next year for MHJ... if it works out it will be a later pick and the Panthers 2nd will be an early 2nd the bears can keep. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather give up the 2nd but if it gets MHJ why not.
I’d be ecstatic if they moved up and drafted Joe Alt. A second rounder next year is worth it. If Allen is a Bear for a year, you can draft one next year.

Wasn’t the tweet Marvin Harrison. Eli Berkovits made a smart ass tweet about Caleb accepting his fate as the Bears QB with a sad depressed meme. AP responded with, Caleb is literally going to the best situation a rookie QB ever has, and then Marvin liked the AP tweet.
As for Marvin he’s kinda doing what Caleb did, he doesn’t think he will drop and is only meeting with teams that are considering drafting him in the top 10. That’s Arizona, the Bears and Giants. I’m not surprised the chargers are not there, because Harbaugh is not going to prioritize WR. I could see Harbaugh grab Roman Wilson in Rd2. He loves that guy. It’s not the Pats, or Washington, it’s not the Titans who have Hopkins and Ridley and need Oline help. Atlanta probably goes defense. Arizona wants out, but are demanding to much for the #4 QB. Chargers are more than willing to move, which weakens Arizonas hand. Giants love the top 3 WR, the setup right now is Odunze, Nabers and Harrison, could be at 9, well 2 of the 3. If you are Harrison, and your options are the Giants, and Bears where would you rather go? If Giants go Nabers, who they also love, then Harrison could fall to the Bears. Don’t have to trade up. Is a team that hasn’t even met with Harrison going to trade up for him and risk a rejection, or hold out?

If you pass on caleb it opens up these possibilities. Taking a QB in likes of penix jr. Or nix with an early 2nd round pick gives you the most value overall when it comes to team building. Its becomes possible to grab MHj, an edge, an OT and/or a Center in the first round.

Trading up is for sub .500 teams that are rebuilding again we need to find out are we rebuilding or chasing the playoffs

I would trade up to get MHJ, if you can't then get Alt there. Even if you couldn't get either, Odunze is still there likely. Trading up makes a lot of sense if you don't overpay.

The top two can’t miss prospects are exactly mhj and alt. The absolute best can’t miss players. So if we got one of those I’d be extremely happy. If it only cost the bears is Carolina 2nd I’d do it but only for those two. The rest is debatable. We are probably drafting the diva at 1 but getting one of those two is worth it!!!! Do it get it done!!
What happens if Poles has fooled us all and decide to grab Daniels? How much would that change things when ever one grabs who they want without having to trade up or down in those first five picks?
I can see 4, maybe 5 QBs going first in the draft. I see an Edge and a OT going as well. That leaves 3 WRs available before the 9th pick.
