Hi Dr Randy, I would like to point out that Quinidine is enzyme inhibitors and isoniazid is enzyme inducer.
I'll go ahead and PIN this... I thought I had mentioned that in the video...or maybe in the first version. I thought I had mentioned the change of Quinidine in the newer FA...
@@RandyNeilMD where do you see isoniazid is an inducer? In FA 2020 it’s still under inhibitor

Dr Randey your video is reallly helpful.But I want to point out that quinidine is potent enzyme inhibitor not inducer so plz correct it.Anyway plz do not hurdle here continue adding more video like this. I wait for it.
I think I had mentioned that it changed from step1 Books... I believe I had mentioned it in the video... but I said the pneumonic I learned had it the old way.

Hi Dr Randy , i would like to point out that Azithromycin is exception among macrolide as it doesn't affect Cyt P450 activity so is safe to use in patient on warfarin.

luckily...they tend not to use the ones that fall in both categories ...but I could be wrong.
