You mean LightBurn settings to "creat" color on stainless steel yes?
@@TylmanDesign Exactly. I'm looking for someone who can help me with lightburn and my 35w engraver (Atzer model). I need to engrave text and photos on steel and silver. Obviously I will pay a fee to anyone who helps me. (I enclose some works, so as to be able to give a better idea). Thanks in advance.
You forgot to mention that support for this item is trash. First of all, you cannot purchase spare parts such as certain cables, the x-axis adjuster, or even a laser module to use as a spare. My autofocus failed. which seems to be common for this model (google it), and support could not fix it. The flame detection failed and the laser continued to burn and did not return to the "home" location causing the laser head to melt. Atezr would only replace the laser head with a 5w laser and stated it would work on my machine. I'm still fighting with them to honor their warranty... 3 months later.
Oooh, I'm really sorry to hear it! Good post-purchase service and warranty are really important, especially when you use this laser for business. Till now, fortunately I did't have problem with autofocus, laser or anything else, so couldn't test their support. But if you say so it's really bad if situation look like you described. I'm sure it shouldn't be like that, but maybe there are spare parts from other brands that we can source from easily? But anyway, if you still have warranty they should fix what it included without a word.
