When the impact doesn't work, the starter bump method may. When ALL ELSE fails... a 24" chain wrench will get it done. I tried everything on a 2JZ once, and the chain wrench was the only way it came off. It was ON THERE. Wrap the pulley with an old belt first to not knick it up.
I know you know this already but I’ll comment for others . You can sometimes use the bigger electric by putting socket on bolt first then carefully put gun on socket . Only break loose then remove gun and socket by hand. So not to hit radiator. I’ve used long heavy sockets made just for balancer bolts with my small air and electric guns 👊🏻👍🏻
Lisle tools makes high-mass sockets for removing 17mm & 19mm crankshaft bolts - they really work well (especially for Honda/Acura).
The voice reminds me of the swede from Hell on Wheels. Fun channel to watch even though I'm no longer pulling things apart.

How much does it usually cost to replace the balancer, belt and alternator.
Thanks.
How do you feel about reusing the crank bolt?
Put a breaker bar and socket on it and rest it on the frame and turn the motor over.
You should of adjusted the pressure while the impact gun running!! As it will drop as soon as you pull the trigger
Did you ever skin any cat?
