There were definitely Saviors that realized what they were doing is wrong. They were just too scared to do anything. This is proven in like the next episode when Dwight kills a Savior who says he can’t go back.
They didn’t feel anything towards Rick and it’s only natural. Rick did kill countless saviors at the outposts and that’s basically why they’re doing all this. So it’s only normal for them to be heartless while being mad at him. They all want revenge.
You know this was very important to Rick’s story sure he was badass and cool but this humbled him and taught Rick that no matter how strong you are there is somebody stronger
It was sad that he was saying please it can be me and In the end Carl died anyway and in the ones who live episode 1 Rick cuts his hand off trying to escape the CRM
Rick almost committed filicide here, all he needed was Carl's permission and not Negan's intimidation. You know how messed up that is? For a moment there, Carl fully realized his father was about to cut his arm off. Even with permission and even though Rick didn't do it, that severe mental scarring will never ever be healed. Rest in peace Carl, in the end you found peace and urged the oppressors to lay their guns down. The character development is 👨🍳💋

He was a child actor becoming an adult actor, and greedy AMC refused to pay him an Andrew Lincoln or Norman Reedys level salary, so he left. I'm glad he stood up for himself and left the show. You ever hear the expression "too much of a good thing is a bad thing"? That's how I feel. Besides, the writers gave Rick's comic book death to TV Carl; Carl was destroyed by his own creation. His creation was mercy and sparing that one medic dude (I forget his name lol) and he died because of it, but it's not necessarily his fault. Season 3 Carl would've scalped that dude without a second thought, but in his last episode he gave him mercy

Someone else thinks that Negan was an essential character and that he represented a lot in the series, for me he is one of the best characters, although he was the villain, he changed in the last few seasons and he was a fantastic character❤

We all know when the walking dead died, but thank you for all the joy you gave me in a show, nothing will ruin og TWD for me I just remember up to where rick blows the bridge, for me is the best ending that keeps me satisfied, even just the cameras they used were perfect, they tried to hard to recreate something they already perfected, should of completed the series after carl's death, finished the story differently.
