Barbara Gordon's Lemon Chicken - Gotham City Cocktails

This is Oh So delicious.... with a little more salt. Salt Salt Salt Salt Salt. Cause it needed it so terribly! Other than that, simple & delicious. How can you go wrong with Lemon Chicken really!? I did this recipe only using 1 lemon. Unless everyone is getting slices... 1 is all you'll need.
