1, 04 2023 I guess I am staying with you. I like your simple but dynamic exercises that focus a lot on the legs, abs and arms, I like the rhythm of the workouts, the speed is great for me. When I am tired I just start walking, relaxing or dancing and then I continue. I think this is the style I feel good about, so here I am again. Thanks.
