    I started to do these exercises about 6 months ago and my back is so much stronger. I used to have pain everyday. It is definitely better.

    At my age, these two guys produce the most important UA-cam channel that I follow.
    Most of their vids directly address my back/hip/leg/muscular problems.
    This vid is probably the most valuable one yet, bar none, and I've watched every one of their's for the last few years.

    The fact that I was having a back pain for a couple of days. I took medicine but its effect didn't last long. I thought of searching some exercises for this problem then i came across this video. I did the exercises along with them and after doing it once my back felt so good. I mean it has lessened the pain that I was having for days. So thank you for this video/tutorial. It helped me alot❤

    Hi I’m a 17 year old with extreme back pain. Due to my bad posture. I have a huge lump when I walk and it’s leading to pain lower and upper. This video was very helpful thank you.

    When doing the cat cow, which one do you breath in and which is breath out?

      In yoga, we inhale with the head up and exhale with the head down.

    The Five Tibetan Rites are the best exercises for the elderly. I am 83 male and find The Tibet Rites are very rejuvenating.

    Nice video and would any of these not be suitable for spinabifida since you mentioned the other two things? Also where was the famous line at the end...we can fix just about everything except for the broken heart.

    Is consistent right rhomboid pain referred pain from the gallbladder from the phrenic nerve? How would I treat that/help that to heal the gallbladder and alleviate the right rhomboid pain?

    This is a wonderful clip! There have been many clips that have helped me with different issues I have as I am 59 years old and have arthritis but I am managing my pain well without narcotics. Also cats and camels have arch back or hump and the cow has the sagged belly. Haha. So the exercise is cat-cow or a camel cow FYI. Go packers 🏈💚🏈💛

    Clara Raimundi the press ups is to centralize the pressure in the discs, it isn’t so much an “exercise”.
    If you do have disc damage the 2nd set moving limbs in extension is actually a contradication because it generates a compression force in the spine.
    With the bird dog, you want to pushing the arm forward and the leg backwards, not lifting it up so actually you weren’t doing bird dog ;-). Turn your hand into a fist and activate the lats to stabilize the t spine. Also, look up athlean x (face pulls), the face pulls are impressively effective.
    I’m surprised you didn’t mention McGill big 3; curl up, bird dog, side plank. Hip and shoulder mobility (not stretching) is also important
