Did you choose the first clinic ? new sub here ! I also considered semiglutide, however could not afford the out of cost expense, cause my insurance won't cover it. I went to my primary Doctor and thankfully he decided to prescribe Phentermine for me on Nov. 8, 2023. It has helped me to be more focused and disciplined in my food choices. I now chose lower carb options, make sure I get a lot of protein each day : protein shakes, tuna, eggs, shrimp ,chicken sausage etc., I also get my 10K steps each day - mostly on my seated elliptical machine - a Cubii and I strive to get close to half my bodyweight in ounces of water each day. As of this morning Jan. 22, 2024 my total weight loss is 18 pounds. I've got more to lose to get to ONEDERLAND, Im happy about my progress so far. I chose the second clinic. The out of pocket expenses for the first clinic were way more than the second one. I too am happy with the decision I made because the doctor and the staff are such great people. They are really there to help their patients. Your journey sounds amazing! Congratulations 🎉 I need to up my water intake for sure. Please keep me posted on how things progress.
@@blutru1328 hi! Thank you for checking back in! Thats awesome! Yes continue the journey… I’ve lost a good bit but some of it was due to my mom’s passing. I’ve picked back up on things and ready to get to my goal size and then work work to stay there 😅

@@candidlyclaudia Happy August 6th, 2024 lady Claudia ! Update : the most weight I have lost so far is 30 lbs. its been up and down . Back in April 2024, I bought a walking pad from Amazon , it has been a gamechanger for me . I now 95% of the time get two miles in each day before breakfast. My Doctor by God's grace and to my SURPRISE he has decided to prescribe me Ozempic , waiting for it to come in the mail. Im nervous and excited about injecting, yikes !!! Im hoping to achieve the awesome results that you hjave thus far, keep up the great work !!! God's continued best to you and your treasured family always !
