My wife started at 200, and now she's at 145 in less than six months. The weight started to really fall off the 3rd month. Congratulations to you. I have multiple friends on it, and all have lost plenty of weight.
I picked up my prescription of Ozempic today & have been a little anxious about starting it. I am so glad to have come across your channel as I was doing more research! I am feeling more confident now to start my journey thanks to you & other comments here! Thank you so much you Rock!
I have my interview for the start of my journey coming Tuesday I am so exited and nervous at the same time, in a positive way. can't wait to get these great results like you did... you rock girl
Happy to see it’s working for you!!! I’m on my 3rd dose & will be taking my 4th in 4 days. I have lost 6lbs so far! I’ve been losing 2lbs per week 🎉 my doctor says that’s a healthy amount of weight to lose per week! It’s not healthy to lose lbs too fast. Loose skin, body shock, etc. good luck to everyone who’s also on it 🩶
im about to get started on semaglutide. your progress is awesome! the inches lost are more important than the weight lost. remember that muscle weighs more than fat!
At the end of may this year I was 182kgs, as of yesterday I'm down to 124.48kgs, i didnt get the surgery, not that I have anything against anyone that did or is about to, its not so much how we lose weight, its the journey the counts, we are all equal because we are all doing it to better ourselves...in saying that I did this with only, the gym, my diet and my will........... oh and the support of all my amazing family and friends. I thought I could do this by myself and for 3 months I did, but once I joined my cousins at the gym then the results started. When I say if I can get off my rear end and lose this weight anyone can, I genuinely mean it, I have arthritis in my right ankle that used to be a problem, This time last year I was drinking 3 times a week, eating takeaways and drinking bottles of coke, I wasnt active at all, well one year later Im going to gym 6 days a week, I hike every second day, my diet has changed drastically, I dont drink, I dont drink fizzy drinks, Water is life, Im doing laps around the basketball court, im cycling an average of 17kms a daily and life is AMAZING!!!!!! Once I fixed my body physically it began to heal mentally. Its all about taking the leap, taking that first step. My advice, Just go for it.
Wow! I love this! I have started several times but for x and y reasons I never continue… now I am not sure why but I don’t even know how to start even tho the answer it’s pretty simple, ¡Just do it!
@@AprilMay-s8e I didn't know where to start, I didn't acknowledge what to do. So I just did it, something just clicked and something kicked in, I wish I could explain it. But if there is anything I can do to help you along your journey I absolutely will. All I can say is you are amazing, the fact you are taking these steps shows you are trying, all we can do is try. You keep being amazing and you will be fine. I wish you the best of luck
Great job!👏🏽 Trying carnivore diet for 90 days. Start low carb and decrease your carbs over two weeks. You’ll think more clearly and with the semaglutide, you’re going to be awesome. Congratulations.
Any recent updates on Jenny's journey? I'd love to know how she's doing. I'm in week two of my GLP-1 injections, and down 3.8 lbs. so far -- watching her is inspiring!
You did great! I am so excited to follow along! Taking the injection cold can also cause stinging too. I absolutely love magnesium, it’s also good for sleeping through the night.
Right now, I'm taking Semaglutide capsules from Swisschems since I'm in a cutting phase. It's been super helpful for controlling my appetite, and I'm also combining it with Tesofensine.
im about 10 months in using MJ and ive gone from 240lbs BMI 40 to 150lbs BMI 25. I'm like 2lbs away from reaching the top and of a healthy BMI. I literally couldn't even have fathomed this before I started. Size 22 UK to starting to fit a 10 UK (6 US?). Hoping ill hit my initial goal of 100lbs lost by my one year mark :)
@ I literally just do a calorie deficit- I should really focus more on protein and actually nutritious food, especially considering how far in I am, but just keeping it real with you- I literally just portion control. I am by no means perfect on this journey 😅 sorry I can’t be more helpful
Nice video and also Jenny keep up the good work. But i do miss jenny talking about side effect did she had any? And what did she do a bout it tips and advice. Also does jenny do some weightlifting or steng traning? Does she take more protein? She only talk about the happy good side. Any way you do look every week beautyfull and your skin is very glowing love that.
What is the price please? Do you have to sign a contract for length of time you must be on the medication? I love that it helps control sugar level. Also, this video of this sweet young lady is very encouraging for me!! Good job!
@@barrettplasticsurgery Thank you for the information. Based on your Info, I'm not eligible due to state where I live. I'll keep an eye on your information and hopefully you'll add my state soon. Thanks for all you help
If you have insurance from work, you can get it cheap and Wegovy has coupons to make it free for 13 months. Blue Cross lowered mine to $24.99 but got it for free. Picked up today at CVS.
I am about to start on Ozempic, but I am going on a holiday in 40 days too. I am not sure if I should start now or after? I ll be on the plane for 10 hours and I am scared to feel sick or something.
I just started semiglutide at ageless women's health in Scottsdale Arizona. The Dr told me that you won't have loose skin fast if you are receiving the correct dose and slowly increasing not high doses to start.
This is not correct. You will only have loose skin if you lose weight too fast. According to her she’s been losing about 2-4lbs per week. That’s a healthy loss.
I keep trying to understand how taking this stuff is different from just fasting Like all it does it make you not want to eat??? And fuck up your kidneys? That’s it?? I’m so confused as to why it’s so popular when you can just not eat and get the same affect. Idk maybe I don’t understand….
Well ppl like me that like to eat and can’t stop it’s helpful to curve my appetite if I was to try to stop eating on my own it wouldn’t work I’d eventually binge

Thanks for the review! No nausea with this??
Does jenny have a page? Id love to see her updates if shes made any…
It’s fine to look at the scale everyday. If you don’t move after 7 days, take note. If you don’t move after 14 days, then adjust.
congratulations im happy for you
Could you please say how much you paid for that month? Thank you. Great video.
Have you continued and did your dose go up?
I’m on lowest dose but haven’t felt the food noise go down much.
Your so pretty!
GO Jenny!!! :)

Anyone know how to lose weight by exercising and eating healthy without gaining weight??
Keto
No carbs, you might be insulin resistant. Thats why GLP-1 is helping so many.
