Working in our Casinos means providing our Guests professional and impeccable service accompanied by unprompted helpfulness and courtesy, which has always characterized the way we work. The staff of the Casino must have a strong ability to work in teams and under the supervision of a Casino Manager. Working in our Casino also means respecting the rules of safety, health, hygiene, and corporate policies.
Dealers are the figures responsible for service at the Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, and Roulette tables. The Dealer has perfect knowledge of the rules of the games, and duties of the role. He or she reports any problems or complaints to the Casino Manager or Assistant Casino Manager. The Dealer always establishes a courteous and helpful relationship with Guests, using a professional approach, without being intrusive to the players. Dealers must have a strong passion for the customer, the ability to work in teams, and strong interpersonal skills. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (Advanced B1).
