I have never been more beautiful now at 2 months to 36 than all years and weights prior. so I'm not concerned at all. I am excited to have a full head of gray then white hair with my beautiful brown skin. I . am. unbothered.

This was old, but the message is still there. Been here after a Canadian TV network fired a TV host due to graying hair.

At least five soap is open to include older ladies in their beauty advertisements.
Dove leaves the door for women to examine beauty in all shapes forms and ages in a way other beauty companies do not.
    Dove soap advertising is trailblazing.

I think the elephant in the room is that different ethnicities and skin types age differently. Additionally, the more fit you are also accounts for how youthful you look. Finally, its no secret that individuals with darker skin tones often appear youthful longer due to the melanin in their skin. That's why the girl who starts the video looks way younger than she is.

I like it so much. I use your vids for educational purposes on my clinical practice on eating disorders. (wish no break any copy right)

That girl doesn't look 30, she looks way younger. Kim looks more like 45. People don't age nowadays the way they used to, and you can see it in old photos. I have a pic of my grandfather from 1960, when he was 36. If I saw him on the street today, I'd have thought he was at least 50. Then I saw a pic of him at 50, and today that would be the face of 70. Maybe it's because people used to smoke more? Maybe today they put off having children until later?

hmmmm, so this is supposed to be a video on age bias but you only show two older women, one of which you only show for like a second. Please! There are tons of beautiful older women out there, and many don't dye their hair and many have wrinkles! I think DOVE could have done a better job of finding them!

Dove, .... give us a break with the social justice warrior stuff. "Society" doesn't judge women, they judge themselves, then blame it on society. I'll never use dove soap again.

Same. I've been wanting to try all their new products for curly hair and stuff... Now I won't even use their deodorant. I can't support this ridiculous trash.

augusth0 You're absolutely right, the people who judge women the most are women themselves, that being said, let's not forget about all the magazines and billboards out there in the world (that up until now Victoria's Secret finally had theirs first "plus size" model and maybe other MAs) that usually, only show perfectly skinny, light skin, photoshopped Beauties. Now whoa, I never said all of them, but MOST of them, that's how it's been for the longest time up until now we are working to break that chain and more people and women have begun to embrace themselves. With all due respect, maybe the reason women judge themselves is because of all the "perfect" bodies and hair is being promoted as usually one specific skin tone, or only straight hair. (Which again, is finally beginning to be broken, these Dove commercials being a part of that) I have no intention of offending anyone, only keeping an open mind. ^^
