Agree mate I can see the likes of Clarke, Neil and Ballard going this summer and the money not being reinvested.
Wouldn’t be a bad bet for us to go down next season. Don’t even get me started on the whole manager fiasco.
As for Jobe I would also drive him anywhere for 15m+ won’t make it at the top levels.

Great talents and definitely want away under this ownership as why would any good player wish to be fighting relegation every season playing in a team of nobody’s who only turn up for there wages! Quality youth costs £ as jack clark is great example, diallo great young player again who showed his worth, struggle to see anything achieved bringing in the garbage forwards last season not sure they where shown where the goal is

Mate, I’ve just got that feeling. They’ll give the job to Mike Dodds. He’s got his backroom stuff there already Michael Proctor as its number two and he’s got his other people there but I pray to God I’m wrong but when you got three clowns the owners and the sporting director Three clowns I don’t even want to say the names and I said to you last season you thought this season was bad. Next season will be worse and we haven’t even kicked the ball yet and I’m dreading it where the only club who takes four months to find a manager? Have you had that around the world in football? We are now back to square one with the process and out of those in the betting apart from Cooper and Rosenior their records are terrible. They won't even slightly change the model or get rid of Dodds and Proctor who haven't exactly earned a job for life. We need a new vision and unfortunately KLD doesn't seem to be offering that new vision.

All them players who have been linked with are free transfers or under cheap that’s the type of players we’re looking for. It’s not looking good and this is why I’m saying we need the owners the sporting Director and the backroom staff all out but I can’t see it happening though, but if we have a bad seasonand that’s our chance to get them out. I want Sunderland to be in the play-offs. I can’t see it not with these lot at the club no money and when a manager does come in you can’t bring his own backroom stuff. It’s not looking good.

Hi Wayne - We dodged a bullet with Still. He had a purple patch of 7 wins in a row at Reims that got a lot of attention, then his win rate at Reims ended up at 1.38, which isn't exceptional. Reims released him with a year left on his contract - why would they do this if he was so good? RR say SAFC had verbal agreement with Still and issues around background staff/investment had been resolved - Still then took a better offer from Lens. I always thought he'd jump ship faster than Alex Neil, just not this fast. KLD may have had a preference for Still that impacted new manager process.
I think you're wrong about Jobe his age stats are exceptional. Jude thinks he's a striker and he should know - I'd stick for another season at least - he could be next Lineker/Kane.
I'm holding judgement on KLD/Speakman - they had massive own goal with BCB shambles/replacing manager/over modelling, but I think they have good intentions overall - hopefully they can learn from mistakes.
Hi mate, you could be right about Still, we will see how he fairs at Lens and like you say he ended the season poorly at Reims. I hope I am wrong about Jobe I just have a doubt that the expectation is that he's going to be like Jude is too much. If he does goe to the Premiership it will be interesting to see how he develops for sure. I can't understand why Still didn't take the job because it's alleged that he had a gentlemans agreement, that's a verbal contract so if that's the case the club should sue him for breach of contract !!! Hi. Not an SAFC, but always enjoy your videos. I agree that the club has no intention of changing the model, and I worry that it will be a panic appointment before the start of next season and you'll end up with a manager who has no track record and can't bring on and develop the kids.

When a club brings in a young player just to make a profit on he’s resale. It’s looking at a short time profit over long time growth. Once you sell your young player’s after giving them a little bit of experience, your back to square one.

We hear managers or coaches currently out of work stating in interviews the way the clubs run under the model deters them from going there. I can’t see how the club goes forward in all of this. The lack of communication from speakman and KLD about the season and where they want to be next and how they plan to do that speaks volumes. No news is good news

1 - nobody wants Speakman's mate Dodds forced on them. He proved that he has no clue how to set up a team other than to park the bus
2 - we don't have a player budget that will allow us to be competitive.

No Manager/Head coach will come under yhese constraints, why should they work with people they dont know! Mowbray wouldn't work with them on a match day, he always sat by himself away from them. The other coaches couldn't hold a candle to his experience and knowhow.

Any manager worth his salt will run away from this club because we have had over 20 managers in the last 20 yrs. That tells them to steer clear. The reality is there have being numerous owners in that time and they were all blamed for the failures.
How much blame are the supporters prepared to accept for their part in the demise of so many managers.
The reason the owners are saying nothing is because they know that if they name a potential manager he will be destroyed by the negative mob before a ball is kicked as per MB.
