- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and position them by your shoulders, with your elbows below your wrists and your palms facing outwards. Press the dumbbells up until your arms are extended over your head. Lower back down and repeat.
Tip: This exercise can be performed seated or standing. Keep your abdominals braced throughout the exercise as to not strain your back.
