    Guys you gotta focus on this stuff. Leg drive, bending the bar, arched back, etc. I got stronger when I worked on these things.

    I read somewhere that bringing the bar about a fist width above the chest helps greatly aswell

    Awesome, I'd been really struggling with bar path on this and I think this was due to hitting the same point on my chest as with the flat bench. Looking forward to trying this with the bar much closer to the chin. Great video.

    thanks man I did this exercise for the first time in like 3 or 4 months it felt super weird at first. I only did it because it was part of your 12 week plan 3rd edition. I got my two shirts in the mail today. thanks for the magnet, sticker and button. can not wait to see my results at the end of the program. I am currently on my 4th week. tomorrow is p2d4.

    one mistake that i was doing was not putting my elbows below my wrists. i recorded myself and corrected my form according to this video and it really helped :) i realised i just need to bring the bar beneath my chin and not to my lower chest and voila !

    Do you have to adjust the rack, when I have it at flat it seems perfect when Iraq it but when I put it on and client it seems to close. Should I adjust it when I do incline?

    Always had trouble with lowering the bar directly on the clavicle with this exercize, my front delts feel like they're going to tear apart. There's always like 5-10cm left. Gonna have to try the bar bending thing.

      Spend some time stretching your chest out. Use a bar or resistance rope...that will help loosen those delts up. I believe the Dudes have a video about developing chest mobility and I know AthleanX does (if you can stand Jeff Cavaliere for 5 minutes)

    since i am a skinny man with a flat chest, should i lower the bar not as much? because my elbows go farther back when i lower it down to my upperchest
