Time for another single exercise tutorial. This time we're featuring INCLINE BARBELL PRESS! Wrapping up the FINAL Cutting Vlog, look for it this weekend. Until next time...STAY BUFFFF!
Your guys saved me so many times while I'm at the gym and uncertain what my form should look like haha. Still a noob at lifting so I really appreciate all the content yo u put out. :)
I was so worried about you suffocating cause you were trying to catch your breath like crazy hahah You guys are the best when it comes to gym science! Love your videos! Keep going and stay buff! ;)
Awesome, I'd been really struggling with bar path on this and I think this was due to hitting the same point on my chest as with the flat bench. Looking forward to trying this with the bar much closer to the chin. Great video.
thanks man I did this exercise for the first time in like 3 or 4 months it felt super weird at first. I only did it because it was part of your 12 week plan 3rd edition. I got my two shirts in the mail today. thanks for the magnet, sticker and button. can not wait to see my results at the end of the program. I am currently on my 4th week. tomorrow is p2d4.
one mistake that i was doing was not putting my elbows below my wrists. i recorded myself and corrected my form according to this video and it really helped :) i realised i just need to bring the bar beneath my chin and not to my lower chest and voila !
You gents always make some of the most informative, to the point and easy to understand videos 👍🏻👍🏻 You’ve been keeping my posture and form correct and helping me stay injury free for many years! I truly thank you! 🙏🏼 Looking forward to many more years of great content ahead 💪🏻💪🏻
Thanks I went to the gym yesterday and I did it for the first time n now my shoulder is lightly score . I like how u said pretend your bending the bar 🫡
Always had trouble with lowering the bar directly on the clavicle with this exercize, my front delts feel like they're going to tear apart. There's always like 5-10cm left. Gonna have to try the bar bending thing.
Spend some time stretching your chest out. Use a bar or resistance rope...that will help loosen those delts up. I believe the Dudes have a video about developing chest mobility and I know AthleanX does (if you can stand Jeff Cavaliere for 5 minutes)
good vide i like, I've been gym twice now and when i bench the bar moves a lot and i dont have any plates on it. I need to fix my form or im just really weak rn
i literally searched inclined from you guys yesterday because im doing your 12 week program third edition and everytime i finish with incline my shoulders hurt so bad i cant even do the normal bench press
2:24 "externally rotating in"? does that make sense haha! Informative video nonetheless!! Also a quick question, when I do bench presses (with dumbbells) I feel a "pop" in my anterior shoulder, it doesnt hurt or anything but it feels a bit .."awkward", any tips?
Do you have to adjust the rack, when I have it at flat it seems perfect when Iraq it but when I put it on and client it seems to close. Should I adjust it when I do incline?
Hey buff dudes! I heard that doing bench press and incline press with dumbbells is more effective way to build muscles than with barbell. What is your opinion on that?
Hi sir. Do you experience also while doing inclined bpress hurt your lower back? Cause I do? I feel like most of the load pour to my lower back. Please reply.
Dudes, quick question: i bought your bulking book and starting in a few weeks. Do i need to bulk the full week or do i get to have a "cheat day" once a week? Greets from the Netherlands.
These guys seem like really nice people
AssortedBerries they really are. Brandon used to train at my gym and they are just like this in real life.
most gym guys are
@@johnbattle1764 yep, busy fighting demons
His spotter is pretty quiet tho
dont be fooled
You guys are so charismatic and pedagogical in the way you educate, it feels like bro-love right through the screen ^^. Such motivational people!
Pedagogical?
@@SpiritusFrumenti pedagogical = rhetorically speaking , how to lead the steps to teach something
@@YoshiEaterX ah. Thanks.
@@SpiritusFrumenti It's a word that socially awkward people use in attempt to sound intelligent.
@@jason2014sounds like a lack of iq problem
The "bending the bar" idea is really good. I will try it next time.
Guys you gotta focus on this stuff. Leg drive, bending the bar, arched back, etc. I got stronger when I worked on these things.
@princeicio Absolutely bruh. It definitely helps and using your energy to drive the weight up🔥💯‼️💪🏽

Mobility was never an issue for me, though I'll give it a shot! Thanks for the tip!
Konstantine Rymaruk Or dont lower the bar on the clavicle.....lower the bar on mid chest and keep scapula retracted a nd elbows 45°
I’m always slightly confused where to exactly set the bench , I seen some ppl setting it high and others low I try to find a happy medium
Really good explanation my guy
Great tips for doing incline.. tks ! i enjoy this video.
Precore incline press activates my upper chest the most
Just brilliant! 👏
Great video man
Great quality content right here 👌👌 thank you, keep it up😊😊
Thx for the bending bar tip is good way to isolate chest
Hey , been a big fan for 1 and half a year, was wondering if you had any stretching vids? like for the front of the shoulder.
May the Buff be with you
I love your beard. Also thanks for the tips!
Damn, going all the way down wrecks my elbows and shoulders. Even with light warm up weight....
Thanks for the awesome advice!
Thanks lads! Really helpful!

Gagan Kaushik It's not just this video, it's almost every.
Trenbolone
They said on one clip they often shoot these while they're working out, and then on top of that they have to do multiple shots on demonstrations.
It's you...
Had to pause the video to give him time to breathe
very good video
What happens if you do on a decline in the same position what muscles will it affect ?
I always workout incline bench and bench press but I usually don't see alot of guys working out incline
Dudes, quick question: i bought your bulking book and starting in a few weeks. Do i need to bulk the full week or do i get to have a "cheat day" once a week? Greets from the Netherlands.
The technique is hard to get down but it's one of those things you can't skip out on, I assume.
A decline barbell/dumbbell video?
appears to be struggling is that for more dramatic effect?
Im confused 🤔Coz you look like you could press 4 plates easy✌🏽
Thank you sir
Pretend like bending the bar is a game changer for me.
Really sick how you press that controlled too. You make it look like a smith 🫣
In this movement my elbows always go to close to my body, Is that ok? any tips?
Thanks for the help, Bryce Harper
