Gale Memee of 6 we can’t even mention cheese or spell it. In my house and don’t even try to unwrap a slice when they are in the backyard at the back fence barking at the trash truck. The three doxies will beat you to the fridge and be there before the slice is only half way unwrapped. Got to love Doxies..My baby helped me get through the loss of my husband and I treated her for a broken hip. Couldn’t give her up and she has stayed ever since

Kent & Shannon, I truly know how you feel. Our Cats and Dogs are like children to us. My family lost 2 dogs and a cat over the last few years and that was something that really pulls on your heart. I hate it 😒 Made me choke up, and I had to give my cuddle buddy on the couch a big hug and some extra treats. He's notorious for making a full sized couch seem 3 sizes too small too. Like I said earlier... Dogs really are too good for this planet. We don't deserve them, but I'm glad they're here.

Beautiful tribute to one of your fur babies. I’ve had several fur babies and lost them too through the years. My last two I only had them in my life for one was 5 years and the other 6. They were not breaded right. My sister got them while I was in the hospital to cheer me up and she didn’t know the breeder was a puppy mill breeder. She got took for money but our puppies were our joy. Seeing your loss reminds me of my loss of them. No matter how many I have had over my 60 years I’ve loved each and ever one and YES they were all family. That’s why it hurts so much.

My wife and mother-in-law make a similar type of hush puppy with a Puerto Rican flare. It is good eating. I like the way Kent takes his time to do it right and he explains the methods so people in general can try out his recipes at home.
Man,I'm so sorry to hear about Frank.I know how you're hurting.I think I told you about my beagle who was my best friend for 14 plus years.She died on my truck seat after eatind 3 pieces of bacon I brought her from the café.She fell over and was gone in 3 seconds and I went crazy.That was 4 years ago and I'm still crying now as I type this message. I cried with you tonight. I remember every dog I ever had stay with me ('cause I never owned them), and I cried every time they went home to the Lord. Having come by only in the last few months whilst battling cancer, I was captivated by seeing Frank as we have an English Setter. Your expressions of love for him were so heartfelt that I’m sure that even with a year gone bye, you know he still after that rabbit and you miss him everyday.

I've been watching your videos for about a year now and have enjoyed every one. I especially love the way you treat your little fur babies. I know how it hits you when you lose your best friend, a special pal n partner in adventures. It hurts like hell to let them go, but in the end, you cherish their life, their loyalty and the memories of good times that stay with you, long after they have gone. We got a rabbit who’s been there since birth but my dogs just can’t seem to catch him. and I found the rabbit because I almost ran him over with the lawnmower when he was a baby. He’s a survivor.(Knock on wood)
I was watching some old episodes this evening and came across this one about hush puppies and your eulogy for Frank. Mr. Rollins, when my time on this Earth comes to an end, my fervent hope is that there's someone who can say things about me that are as nice and heart warming as what you said about Frank. In seventy years, I've been to a lot of funerals but have NEVER heard anyone speak about the departed with as much love, honor and respect as you spoke about Frank.

The loss of a dog that is very close is a hard thing to manage and sorry for his passing.
I have always heard and truly believe that when special animals pass that they become the rays of sunshine that one will see on the rise and set of the day and to always remember them when you see that one ray of the sun poking its way thru the clouds and shining down

I know what your feeling and it hurts so bad, I miss my sadie a 70lbs lap puppy she was and gave me 13yrs of the best memories. So sorry for your loss. What a great tribute for a great dog that will be missed.

I like hush puppies so much myself and there is nothing better to go with them than catfish, and french fries. That is sad that you lost your dog and I have a dog which I love and would hate to see him die. I am sorry about your loss and wish you all a nice week and a Blessed one.

Having come by only in the last few months whilst battling cancer, I was captivated by seeing Frank as we have an English Setter. Your expressions of love for him were so heartfelt that I’m sure that even with a year gone bye, you know he still after that rabbit and you miss him everyday.

I've been watching your videos for about a year now and have enjoyed every one. I especially love the way you treat your little fur babies. God only gives us these little rascals for a short time and we grieve and always say, " that's it, no more dogs". Well, we know it never ends up that way. Can't wait to see who takes Frankie's place around the camp.

I'm watching this video now & I enjoyed it, until near the end. As I watched his tribute to his best friend, Frank, "the Wonder dog", I just couldn't help it, I'm crying with deep sentiment. I know how it hits you when you lose your best friend, a special pal n partner in adventures. It hurts like hell to let them go, but in the end, you cherish their life, their loyalty and the memories of good times that stay with you, long after they have gone. Sorry to hear about Frank guys R.I.P. buddy! I got the same situation goin on in my yard with two of my dogs. We got a rabbit who’s been there since birth but my dogs just can’t seem to catch him. and I found the rabbit because I almost ran him over with the lawnmower when he was a baby. He’s a survivor.(Knock on wood)
I was watching some old episodes this evening and came across this one about hush puppies and your eulogy for Frank. Mr. Rollins, when my time on this Earth comes to an end, my fervent hope is that there's someone who can say things about me that are as nice and heart warming as what you said about Frank. In seventy years, I've been to a lot of funerals but have NEVER heard anyone speak about the departed with as much love, honor and respect as you spoke about Frank.
