im 16 years old and i really want to get into digital marketing and this video is an amzing to start to where to go because i had no idea how i was even going to start, atm i just post on 4 diffrent social media and im doing pretty okay and i feel like digital marketing can really help with that.

For real!! Self-learning is entirely different from a training program or a Bootcamp that helps you land a job in that specific niche. Though there are still many who managed to land a job without the need for a training program or Bootcamp.

the whole point is a certificate doesnt fucking matter. Its about if you can create value, employers trully dont care about your certification to some random online course. you show the value by application and experience.

Yeah I bought the course it isn’t bad but It needs to be updated but overall the course is kinda worth it but you can learn most of it for free (disclaimer haven’t finished the course yet almost done though so I’ll tell y’all if I get a job or not lol)

Hold on. Is the digital marketing blueprint the one by your friend Seth here? I valued your opinion right up until the point it was clear this video is just here to market your friends course as being the best. Kinda doubting it stacks up with government approved trainers like CMI , IDM or DMI as well. How much did Seth pay you? Lol.

The American Marketing Association would be the best place to take courses related to marketing, let alone digital.

sure, but by what i see its stupidly expensive, I mean I dont have the money, but once i can pay for ir, Ill do it, however, theres not a single thing that cant be learned for free on the internet. Of course, many lost hours trying to find the best resources. But in the end if you dont have the money, then you can always learn it for free, and for more work
@@benjaminjacome The basic concepts of anything can be learned for free on the internet. And yes the courses can be expensive. But there are a lot of benefits of being an AMA member though. Especially if you are a student and have a chapter on your campus, in which, I am. And I have been fortunate enough to make several key connections alone this PSA year through AMA. Not to mention all the free workshops that are offered with being a member, but I digress. If you want to learn the in-depth knowledge of marketing then you should look into an actual business school that has great background or specialization. And I have both taken free courses and am studying it in college. And by far I have learned a lot more about marketing through my school than any free course has taught me online. Yet again, it can come down to your school and what you want to know about marketing. As I said previously, you can learn about any basic concepts for free online. To each their own at the end of the day.
Every job application i see say Bachelor's degree required, So, should i just select yes and or ignore it?
Why is it that there are almost no reviews anywhere of the Course Careers Digital Marketing class? There are floods of reviews for their sales tech class, and quite a few for their IT training class. Is the Digital Marketing class too new for reviews, or not good enough??
I'm running into this same issue. Makes me feel like the course is on there but no resources or support for job assistance after completion. Personally, I'm gonna pass.
I still believe in the free UA-cam courses. All you need is a youtube account and a bit of patience to browse around.

No it’s not, I’m already building an AI that does digital marketing for you called viral vid.
I don't really think so. AI innovations such as Chat GPT really gives all information you need, summarize, detailed. But it still needs to be tailored so that it can really touch human emotions or connect to them. To explain in clearly, you can never ask robot to love or show other emotions, because it can't do it, it is incapable of it. To sum it, AI can make your job easier, but can't do it human enough.

Hi Shane-you are dead on-Coursera pro digital marketing and sm certs that I earned-8 months at $61 a month......( I worked thru the first 5 months of it then my 26 year career went away with the economy) I believe was good as a foundation but not enough to get a job-over 85 decent resumes out there. Now getting side work and borrowing to go to Seth's school.

I have to wholeheartedly disagree with your take in Udemy. There are so many certified courses just like coursera but also the instructors have communities to follow and are active. I have literally knocked out certifications in days, learned the skills and interviewed knowing what I was talking about and got the job. I REALLY can say I love Udemy... especially since it is FREE to me because I am in the military, LOL!

That one is a waste of time, I’m my opinion they just teach you about theory and basics but you don’t get any practice.

I was taking his free intro 'class' and Seth just sounded scammy... didn't like his layout, his products are out-dated, and he talked like he was selling a car. Also for being a digital marketing person, the presentation looked like it was put together by a person paid in China. Maybe his content is good and I will continue to investigate but I really dislike his presentations. Plus there's no info on whether or not you get some kind of credentials that prove you have the skills.
There is actually a market of people out there looking for certified people in the field. There's even a community of people who can back this up
