The fact that I have to use a mouse is what makes it nearly impossible for me, if it was just keyboard inputs it'd be way easier

Looks like someone has flipping insane ping, try doing it now with lag spikes and 220ms , have fun , coz i haven't
Make sure you are using ethernet, it makes a huge difference.
