No bake Cherry blossom Raspberry Cheesecake

Hi, I am Joconde.
Cherry blossoms are in full bloom these days. It's really romantic.
This cake is Raspberry Cheesecake.
I put cherry blossom jelly inside the cake.
Transparent flowers float in the sliced cake. When the light on it, it shines brightly.

Ingredients
♥︎ Green Tea Cracker Base
60g Crackers
10g sugar
2g green tea powder
20g melted butter
20g melted white chocolate
♥︎ Cherry Blossom Jelly
200g water
200g sugar
30g lemon juice
20g gelatin + 120g water (or 140g gelatin mass)
* Gelatin mass is pre-soaked gelatin, melted and hardened.
It is convenient to use because you can cut it as much as you need (measure 6 times the required amount of gelatin) each time.

130 g raspberries
20 g sugar
15 g lemon juice
15 g water
♥︎ Raspberry Cheesecake
180g cream cheese
60g sugar
35g gelatin mass (or 5 g of gelatin + 30 g of water)
2g vanilla extract
250g whipped cream
8g lemon juice
Raspberry puree a 24g
Raspberry puree b 12g
* Gelatin mass is pre-soaked gelatin, melted and hardened.

I made this for my birthday with strawberry instead of raspberry jam and it was a hit. I had to make the moulds from cardboard and tin foil, but it worked!

Oddly, this totally reminds me of soap-making videos. The no-bake 'cake' looks like a lot of homemade soap molds. Good enough to eat! And, a lot less work to boot!

Could you explain to me how to prepare the raspberry powder and the strawberry powder that you have used in your cakes?
They are ingredients you can buy. Just go on Amazon and type in raspberry powder. You can also make your own. Juice your strawberries or raspberries. Then dehydrate the juice. Then put it in something like a magic bullet and blend it into a powder.
Then mix with the deco sugar. Just like you would to make cinnamon sugar.
