A lot of you probably plan on recreating this. I watch Jaconde’s baking videos to sleep, the sounds are so soothing and the cinematics and colour palettes make for a very pleasing calming experience. I have anxiety and struggle to fall asleep, Jaconde’s videos keep me entranced and help me relax to connect with my drowsiness. I love these videos.

My neighbor has obsessive disorder and she flicks the light switch on and off hundreds of times a day, and she washes her hands up to 15 times/hour when things are going badly for her. So far, no-one has managed a successful treatment for her. *She* has *obsession.* Just stop already with that phrase. You're being disrespectful.

I love fruit tarts, and this looks absolutely sensational!! I love how your cakes always have beautiful layers, although it's always a little sad to see them being cut into! 😂

There is one reason why I will never be able to bake like this... well many reasons, but the one I'm gonna dwell on is the quality of the ingredients. I am so so so jealous of how easily your butter and cream cheese cream. I could leave my block of Philadelphia cream cheese out for 6 hours and it would never yield as easily as it does in your video. Same with the butter. So so so jealous qwq Also, your precision is amazing and these videos are awesome. Thanks for sharing your gift with the world!
The higher the fat content the easier it is to work with. European butter tends to stay soft even in the refrigerator because it’s higher in fat. The cream cheese she used looked like it was whipped. I could be wrong though
I actually bothered to make this for my own birthday - it took me 3 days, but the result was probably the most delicious cake I had ever made - it has a great balance of soft fruit taste with nuts and cream. I was a bit worried about the balloons on the top, but after a night in the fridge they softened and the cake was very easy to cut the next day.
With all my respect and adore your baking, I love and learn from you I may ask you if we could have the print of ingredients on the screen to be able different color or black instead of white? I appreciate it so much. Love you and thanks a million.

If you gently pull at the sides of the mold it will release the seal and come out easier
