I really enjoyed Game 1 in this video, because PiG broke one of his own rules about adding too many specialists to an army; and then acknowledged that. It's nice to see both the methodology, and what stress and full APM does even to a pro. Thanks for the content :D
These are some great videos! got up to 4.6k mmr EU with the ZvZ build and the ZvT tips, but protoss is still tricky for me. I think you should add more respones to cheeses, invite some cheeser for some short games, that would be really helpful
@ The lack of scouting, especially in ZvP: I really like overlord speed for this. I know you hate it and theoretically its non-optimal, but for me in D2 I like it. The early investment motivates me to scout more thoroughly, and I face a lot of aggressive builds that require some early info to have a chance of defending. Plus being able to run my Ovys away from danger is nice. Overall though, you're a phenomenal SC2 teacher.
Hi Pig, I hung with the whole series even though not actively playing. I really like watching exciting educational content. Well done. I would vote for less of Master, GM just because the lessons at that level are very situational and specific. In this episode, it seems most of the games were won because you knew how to manufacture an ace ip your sleeve from a tricky spot rather than because you were following a game plan to a high level of execution. Thus not as valuable from a learning perspective. I think would agree that short if being a pro, many of the situations you encountered in Masters/GM would be very low return on practice. Cheers and thanks for the massive knowledge download this series has been!
Isn’t that kind of the point? The previous videos would be more for you, but this is for when you are at that level or at least just below it. If he wasn’t playing situationally, he probably wouldn’t be in Masters or GM
2:32:37 “there’s no pillar on this map”? That must have been a slip of the tongue. Ancient Cistern is the second map with the most pillars in the current pool I believe. They look like stone cones. Very easy to click on the minimap too.
Once you get into high high levels. You should just play your games, record them, then commentate on them later in post. Will help with talking and playing problem.
normally I'll just ctrl click them and then send them to different spots around my enemies base using shift + deselect in the bottom wireframe. So you just send them to a location, shift + left click on one in the bottom wireframe to remove it, click to new scouting location, shift + left click another to remove it. Repeated a few times
Hi there. As a new commer this is not very usefull. I see you are taking many things for granted. What should I know before watching this? you are not describing every step nor explaining why you do what you do
What do you mean by "not very useful" ? Is there something you wished he explained more or are there some questions you'd like him to answer ? Keep in mind he made 2 series of Z bronze to GM, so you may find your answers aswell on that another serie. It's not old and it still applies to today's games.
@@TOXRaizou It sounds like he just clicked the last episode of the series instead of going to the first episode where Pig goes through the basics step by step. 😂
1:08:45 “ he retargeted that , you little virgin “ lmao😂
he meant it as a compliment
I actually started playing SC2 recently because of your work PiG. I found this series very helpful. Thanks mate!

I’m still on chapter 6 of this series but liking and commenting right now for engagement points. Thank you ❤
Loved the series PIG, thanks for the hard work!
thnx mate
Finally, great Series PiG, thank you :)
Wow that engage at 2 hours 40 minutes vs the Terren pressure. Very impressive to watch.
this is getting real. very well done! nice micro btw.
I'm loving this new series! Protoss next, maybe?!?! 😅😁
lol when you busted out the broodlords in game 1 I was like where the hell did a greater spire come from? I don't even remember that going up😂😂

I've already called the cops
Ooh that cancelled spire. You won’t believe what the Protoss opponent did next.
Whats the "ping on the server" Pig is referring to?
I wonder if lingbane is even still viable after the nerf. If not, a shame, I really liked them since, like, WoL.
I like to counter carriers using ravager queens. Even protoss on masters have a bad carrier micro ngl.
33:08 this guys tank positioning would annoy me so much 😮💨
this series made me realize I do not want to play zerg because there is no real way to comfortably deal with terran.
12:00 Are you intentionally not maxing out your supply?

51:08 lol 86 probes was killed
This protoss is a zerg main
