  • Day 4 of the Luteal Phase series! This is a series of workouts and stretching routines that are low impact and ideal to do on the last 14 days of your cycle. They are gentle and perfect for those days when we feel low energy and tired. For this series, I will be posting 4 days that you can repeat during the 14 days of the luteal phase! Each one has a different focus so you can have many options!
