    It will work with 2018 version of Maya right?

      Yes it might but if you don't see a substance section in your maya 2018 shelf by default.
      Then you'll have to install substance plugin from their website.

    What template settings did you use for the export from substance? The Arnold setting?

    Hi Sir, can you tell me how to export and use opacity map in Maya? The plugin channel does not have the opacity map channel, and it also did not work properly when I tried manually in hypershade. It would be very helpfull if you can make a quick clip about it

    Why are the textures in the viewport so dark? I don't care about rendering and i need them to look right in the viewport. Any ideas?

      Try switching viewport renderer. Or you can also add lights.

    can we use if we have the object on multiple uv tiles (udims)

    I dont know why arnold always gives me different result than substance painter render. I know both are different render engines but in cycles in blender. There is no issue. I have facing only the issue with arnold maya which result in saturated and dark render result. I am also check that every colour channel is properly set. And also colour space as well. Still it gives me bad result

      When you select the textures and click on apply it doesnt work for me @@3dwolf

      Sometimes it doesn't automatically detect texture sets due to different labels so you have to manually select one by one and when you're done it'll create a aistandard surface materi in yout existing materials just assign that to your model and you'll be fine.

    I do have a problem, when i do this process, my texture end up being too dark in maya viewport. can someone help?

      Change your viewport to Arnold

      @@3dwolf I have another problem, but with the export. I'm exporting it with the export selection tool, with the fbx plugin and embed media on, but when I open the fbx after, it seems the base color goes missing. Would you know why is this?

      Are you opening the fbx file after exporting in Maya or any other software?
