Ivanchuk is BY FAR the most entertaining of the super GMs...Not only in his personality but also in his playing style, I love it. Check out 2:24 he trades queens because he was tired of Grischuk mirroring his moves lol =P
Would like to see more of this player Ivanchuk. He is my goto player I admire most. Second is Praggnanandhaa. My top two favorite chess players. Both so different. But one one of them will be world champion in the future. Guess who.
I miss watching these types of games... Nice and quiet, only really hearing the sounds of the pieces moving and the tapping of the clock. Now everything is commentated over and over analyzed mid-game; its kind of annoying.
Grischuk played smartly with a symmetrical and drawish set up so thet Chucky would burn time trying to unbalance the positon and even make a bad move like N3a4 at 3:17.
500 euros (without the clock). you can get a non-electronic board, with the same looks for 150 euros (Rosewood with Timeless pieces). DGT XL clock is 80 euros new
The Chucky only lost the game because he wanted to analize the entire game in the last four seconds. If he would have five seconds remaining, he would win, but with all due respect to Grischuk's game and skills.
YOHOHOHOHOH kanali yo It's traditional in Chess to shake your opposition's hand before and after the Game. I think Kramnik and Topalov didn't shake a few times when the cheating allegations arose; Nigel Short won a Game, as not shaking hands was considered a breaking of Tournament rule play, and therefore subjected one to a loss; Karpov won a Game in either 1978 or 1981 in the World Championship due to Kortchnoi refusing to shake hands.
Ivanchuk is a great chess player, but is a terrible blitz chess player. Maybe because of that he is a great chess player.
Another reason why we all love Chucky. He's a nervy kid in a man's body.hehehe
I can see him saying Okay in his mind.. amazing player
Ok grischuk is mirroring my moves but ok I will take his queen

You'll notice at 1:48 the positions are completely symmetrical
That was well predicted!

Even at 2:22
There is only one position on the board.
@@milankotevski1663 lmao yeah 😂
grischuk an amazing blitz player
Chucky is the 2007 Blitz Champion let's not forget :)
Grischuk looked so clean and healthy in those days. Not like nowadays
Yeah I know. His marriage to Zhukova was most likely the cause.
He looks the same, i don´t see difference
believe it or not but i just love Ivanchuk..💓💓

1:52 you'll notice the positions are completely symmetrical
Ivanchuk just seems like an anxious dude. Check out his shaking hand in the other Ivanchuk-Grischuk game.
No es ansioso....el es apasionado ....

Marc D It's good for Blitz and Bullet but it gets really boring for classical without commenting and analysing.

How i that a bad move mister
Technically Grishchuk is Grishyuk ( letter 'Щ' in cyrillic )
Usually Ukranian surnames end in "O"...

Blitz game stress gives you gray hair
6:20 f5, i think should be better put king on g3, but the time pressure is just insane
LOL we need more videos of ivanchuk in time trouble
Ok...the logo at the beginning representing something with the word "vibe" in it...couldn't have been a accident...
This was a very nice game! Totally
What does "chuk" mean (or suggest) as part of a last name? Is it mostly Ukranian? (although I know that Grischuk is technically Russian).
how much does a chessboard like that cost???
And what does "shyuk" mean or suggest in Russian/Ukranian?
The Chucky only lost the game because he wanted to analize the entire game in the last four seconds. If he would have five seconds remaining, he would win, but with all due respect to Grischuk's game and skills.
That endgame is kind of harsh to play in blitz. Too much calculation is required.
00:21 - 00:24... that was slick how he slid his knight between his pawns.. classy dude.
1:46 gorgeous
handshake in the start?is there something between them?

when I first saw it I had the same thought but the other guy made the same move at 00:43, so I checked Wikipedia ,they call it Castling.
How could you not know castling?
Someone should make a dub step remix if this chess
is grischuk taunting ivanchuk by making the position symmetrical ? lol
Both are such trolls. xd

03:18 Ivanchuk makes 3 moves. Is it legal ?
He never let go of the piece, it's legal.
Carlsen once accidentally let go of piece and got disqualified.
@@Cattail4546 He wasn''t disqualified, he resigned because he put his king in a losing position and was forced to release the piece due to touch-move
why no luck? he got outplayed and was lost when he ran out of time.
Time is over
Grischuk is cheeky.
draw?
Ivanchuk ran out of time
Tiempo!!!!
Fischer would hav killed these two.the best blitz player ever
Leonid Stein beat fischer in blitz!
It's poor video. No visualization board
poor chucky, still no luck in the blitz
I think Ivanchuk blundered with pawn to f5.
