Nakamura always ends up becoming disappointed in himself for making some poor decision toward the endgame. When you see him shaking his head toward the end, you know he'll probably lose.
Nakamura really needs to work on his composure. His mental breakdowns are a major reason why he's slowing his progress into the echelon of world-championship contenders....
He was worried about ugly things happening to his kingside. Things along the lines of Bh6, I think. After that, the queen and rook battery could be quite painful. So, he kept his knight in the centre to diffuse any future threats.
couldn‘t he have taken the rook with the queen at the end and play king vs king + bishop, I know Kramnik wins but he had very little time left on his clock... playing on time is a point worth considering, especially in Blitz
Yep, and that would have been an interesting endgame. It might have come down to whether Kramnik could force mate with B + N against lone K, with only 2 seconds increment per move
+philipmisturini must keep the knight close to where the real shits hapens xd i mean close to the queen and rook of nakamura to defende his king's side
Kramnik is a class act GM. To beat Nakamura on time is very rare..
Creative attack by nakamura. But kramnik's defence was too sharp. What a nice game
@ Andressa, it was queen for 2 pieces and a few pawns, after that whites attack also lost lots of fuel
Kramnik's dark bishop made Nakamura crazy :)
good defense py kramnik and high comprehension of positon greaaaaaaat kramnik !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Nakamura shakes his head it almost means he loses)
this is the first time i saw naka lose on time
At 5:40 Bxe6 is very interesting
Fantastic and precise Kramnik
kramnik is my favorite, his matches are interesting than any other player in chess ..
5:45 why not Re1 to prevent the knight fork?
it was obviously deliberate. Why? To trade off a bunch of attacking pieces.
ALL IN! :D Naka is very entertaining to watch.
I really enjoy this game, this is chess!!
naka lost by time so funny))
yes, by time
Beautiful attack
enchanted bunny!
very uncommon for Naka to lose on time but great defence by Kramnik!
Go Kramnik!
What happened? Is it a draw or a win? Why did kramnik pointed to the clock? Can anyone explain?
Deiz Tebila Kramnik won. He pointed to the clock to show that Nakamura's time ran out.
Chess rules can explain
Right.
great game by kramnik
Erere
very well faught by kramnik indeed!
one board for us would make this video compleat
what happened at 2:41? nice video btw...

Excelente juego por parte de Kramnik!!

Yeah, number three in the world rating list is just not good enough!
nakamura = member of the internation hair club for men
0:47 Can anyone tell me please if GM kramnik take this h5 pawn. Then what will happen?
Fxh5 is possible move , but too slow here. Moving pawn to c5 is much better move, to counter attack white center immediatly.
@@guimon5975 Thanks so much 😊😊😊
i was excepting some Bh6 at some point. wtf
what happens if kramnik takes the rook, after the fork?
He was worried about ugly things happening to his kingside. Things along the lines of Bh6, I think. After that, the queen and rook battery could be quite painful. So, he kept his knight in the centre to diffuse any future threats.
Very hot game.
@3:30 Why Kramnik did not play Kxc2+ ??????
k is king.n is knight
after kc2 Q:h4 Rook was under attak after e6
WiseLoneWolf kol in russian nottation Kp=KING K=knight
very good game!!!!

Why Did Kramnik sacrifice the queen? Or maybe it was just a mistake?
Good game!
5:40 after Rg4 isn't Ne3 there?
+Aakash Dalvi Great spot
+Aakash Dalvi It's just that Ne3 came one move later due to impulsive response of moving a piece when attacked...
Yes? Good move but doesn't immediately win material if that's what you are trying to point out.
why Bxg6??
visor, please !
no offense but do you have any hobbies
3:53 why?
Free pawn. If Nxa1, yes it wins a rook but the knight is out of the game. Taking the pawn wins a pawn AND a good knight :)
why didnt kramnik take the rook when he forked the king with the knight?
+philipmisturini must keep the knight close to where the real shits hapens xd i mean close to the queen and rook of nakamura to defende his king's side
philipmisturini same doubt occurs for me ,I think kramnik doesn't want to lose his knight for rook ,that's y he didn't take .
Did Naka blunder this? it seemed like he had the advantage early on.
did Naka forget he was playing blitz? lol
muito legal
why don't they shake hands ?
yo
Hahahaha
Nakamura is nuts, he's like an offensive juggernaut with his tempo-aggressive mindset.
