      This is not muscle building program This is fat loss program. Medium weight and high rep will give you well toned and lean muscle. For harder and Heavyweight exercises, follow mass building programs of guru mann

    it's a great workout plan. but plz prepare a fat loss program for those person who can't go to gym. plz add those exercises which can be done at home or at park with basic equipment like dumbells and weight bar.

    Guru bhaiya thanks a lot for helping us with providing a good workout routine and diet.
    I have an issue, during pull up i felt extreme sharp pain in my right back head, i was really afraid.
    It was like 3rd time i was experiencing these kind of pain and it was extremely painful!

    Hello Guru Mann ji, Are there any alternatives for some of these workouts? Especially for beginners, Female and Overweight individuals... some of these exercises are almost impossible and not beginner friendly. I love to do it but physically it is impossible. Things like Pull ups, Dips, running on 10-12KPH, Death sets (doable). . Its not about coming out of comfort zone at this point, its more getting used to these workouts and slowly build up our strength...especially when we are working out alone. If not, we will soon run into injuries.
    If you can provide alternatives to some of these exercises keeping beginners in mind, that will really really help. Love your programs and what you are doing for Indians :-)

      Just scaled down - modify - Pull ups (assisted or low bar with knee support), Dips (Bench assisted), running on 10-12KPH (4/6/8)), Death sets (assisted/take breaks/do 30)

    Nice program. And I follow it. But I follow 25-25 reps 3 cycle of my comfort zone. And 1 set of 20 reps of higher weight. And then 35 reps of comfort zone.
    Is it workable?

    Sir the exercise u tell are not possible in every gym becoz all the equipments/machines are not available in every gym. Please make exercises based on some common machines found in every gym...

    Alternate for cardio running??? The best cardio to burn fat alternate to running, because my toe is fractured and I cannot run .but I can do others.please suggest

      elliptical or cyclic are other options for cardio but you have to take proper precautions.

    Hi gurumann. i m following ur m8 program. my question is i had ligament tear 2 yr ago do you advise to run on treadmill or walk on inclined treadmill to protect knee.. pls answer. thnks

      Meena Kurade please don't run on treadmill i have same problem and go for surgery as soon as possible because i took it lighter now my second knee started to pain which was perfectly fine

    Hello Guru Paaji,
    This is my second week of Muscular 8 and in Wednesday Back And Cardio Workout, The only challenge I face is this 1st warm-up exercise "Pull Ups" Just because I am overweight (93kg - 6"ft Height) I hardly perform 1 rep. Can you guide any other alternate to this or idea to increase these reps day by day?

      Anuj kaushal try to use a chair and simply use your arms to go down slowly. This will let ur body to learn about ur weight. Keep doing this. You will soon be able to do pull ups :)
