Good info! Any idea if Neon Tetras will use a mop like that? I recently cleaned out my sponge filter from my 30 gallon in another tank, and suddenly among the 6 white clouds thre was one very tiny flashy baby fish.. it doenst look like the white clouds, and I suspect it may be a neon.
That's awesome! I would suspect that the neons are egg scatters, meaning you should be able to put the spawning mop on the aquarium bottom for them to lay in.

Cool video, does the color leach out of the mop?
I haven't had any leach out of the 100% acrylic, I could see color leach from cotton though.
I need some pearl weed, guppy grass and subwassertang, any idea where I could get these?
Hmm. I have pearl weed but to get all three I would try either oddball aquatics, LRB, maybe Flip Aquatics
