Got a question for you.. right now i’m starting to do some RO water for my beeshrimp. I got GH+, but do also have some GH+/KH+ for my neo’s. Which one should i use to remineralise water for fish/fish eggs?
G'day, do you have any info on rainbow sharks? Where they lay the eggs , what colour they are , how many they lay, how do you tell their about to lay ect. ? Thanks
couple questions: have you tried to hatch rainbow eggs in incubators? if yes, what was the experience and result? have you used incubators for other fish like cory eggs? result? I designed a simple suction on glass incubator for cory eggs that keeps the eggs fresh and protects them from being eaten if you have interest
I have not tried one but one of my friends has used a tumbler to get congo puffers eggs successful and now has me more interested. I have heard of people using them for cory eggs before but not with rainbow eggs. Could be good for synodontis as well.
Why methylene blue over almond leaf tea? I’ve hatched mine using the latter with no issues. I don’t use dechlorinator(well water),and all of my eggs hatch with no problems. No deformities to date, either. Yet I hear everyone talk about methylene blue over anything natural….
Well with his method it takes more time to collect the eggs and also not as many are collected. With my method you can get storms and swarms of fry. But the hatching rate is prolly better with Garys method, mine works off volume.
Your videos are much appreciated Lucas. A channel to learn
Thanks as always, Lucas. You are a superstar!
Thanks!
Waiting to see the wigglers. And the rock tumbling sounds like there is going to be a cool project behind that, too.

Verry nice sir thanks. Happy fishkeeping
Seems like an awesome method. Can’t wait to see them in 2 weeks or so. Thx for the info bud.
This is very helpful. Actually planning to ship praecox rainbow eggs to someone and wasn’t sure the best way.

GREAT VID!
Just met Gary the other day n got some of his rainbow eggs! I’m holding a few vials n trying to figure out how to hatch these lol
How could I get in contact with Gary?
Nice 😆👍👌✌
I can see why, will try
Where can i get those trays?
The white ones? They are ice cream tubs :)
😮 😅nice. Thanks for the reply.
I got my praecox fry to hatch in the low 70’s
When youve ran out of room to play musical tanks haha

I with you. I’m not a fan of that blue stuff. This was Gary Lange’s method. Mother Nature FTW!
Blessings
Lange vs Bretz: whose method is more productive? Stay tuned!

Lang? It's Lange like Flange.
