I made a cool EveryPlate binder to keep the recipe cards in. I used a folder in the front of the binder to hold the week’s recipes, then used binder dividers with tabs to separate the cards I.E. Chicken, pork, Beef and Pasta and I have one that’s not marked, I guess I’ll label that one if I get a recipe that doesn’t fit the first 4. At the beginning of the week (I get my box on Monday) I hole punch last weeks cards and put them in the binder where they belong and add the new recipes to the folder in the front, all the cards go in the left pocket of the folder then go to the right pocket once the meal has been made. Keeps everything nice and organized.

Her charm comes from being wonderfully honest, comprehensive, delightfully raw, no silly "B-roll" footage or unnecessary unrelated content, just the goods.
If I am helping her, I'm going to recommend getting a real knife, nothing fancy, just a good 8" chef's, a quality cutting board, etc, but the sum of this video is charming, honest, and real.
Very informative and helpful, and kudos to her presentation, not a slouch in the cooking end of things.

Does Every Plate show the macros for each dish before you buy it?
They do! They give you a breakdown of protein fat carbs, calories and even fiber, cholesterol and sodium levels!
Have you ever reached out to every plates customer service regarding the dud vegetables? To me, that’s a big no no. That’s something that I paid for so I would expect to use it in my meal! Plus food waste is a big reason why I like the idea of meal deliveries. $5 per serving is cheaper than the other brands, but it’s still a lot more expensive than cooking!
I don't like cooking that's the point to getting meals ready to Eat I'm a disabled veteran and I have a hard time standing for too long because of the pain I am in! How long does it take you to cook these meals? No steak?

Yes they do! There’s usually around a dozen to choose from and each week there’s vegetarian options if that’s what you want, or there’s chicken or fish as well most the time!

I used HelloFresh for serval months Really liked it but the shipping was awful
I had 2 Times my meat was bad because it wasn’t delivered quick My ice packs was totally melted
I’m not downing them Maybe it was because of COVID-19 And shipping delays

Are you gluten free too? Or just do?
I’ve been working on getting my gut health back in Order and have switched back to consuming gluten and dairy. For a while I had issues with but but after focusing on real foods and healthy probiotics I am now able to eat gluten and dairy again with no issue!

There’s a difference between sponsored and affiliate links! Im not sponsored by them meaning im not contractually obligated to mention them. But I do get a discount code for simply signing up and paying for their services! Hope that helped :)
It’s something everyone gets. If you use everyplate and refer a friend, they give you a link that does the same thing. If it was sponsored she’d make like 1k or something to promote them and she’s have to plug in certain things to the video.
