Thank you so much for this, I was confused as to how this worked, I was using the primary polymorph but now I’m gonna go with dual wielding spells now that I understand what spell weaving is!
I also chose Spellshot as my main, though from what I'm reading this may have been a tough class to start with. Still, I'm enjoying the heck out of it so far. Just confused on the whole stacking and multi-class thing - not getting through the brain fog lol

Though as I've been playing more (I just hit level 15!), I'm understanding spell weaving/stacking a bit more; it's essentially more damage the more you cast your spells and reload your weapons. So, I'm finding myself paying less attention to it because it sorta just "happens" while you play the game/class. The multiclass thing, though, is still alluding me (ha!). I get the idea of picking a class that builds/synergizes with your primary, but, I also feel like it would be beneficial picking a class that is the complete opposite (for example, a melee focused character). Argh! Too many great choices. Have fun!

Took me a good 40 minutes of staring at the character selection screen before I chose Spellshot to go with my pref of long distance fighting lol. I did JUST find out how to unlock multi-class btw, we need to complete the mission "Emotion of Ocean" before it unlocks. (someone had told me Spellshot does not get a second class because of their class feat...happily they were wrong)
@@robr.3247 I run a spellshot main if you want a good spell slinging spellshot spec into brr-zerker as your secondary class insane frost damage ima not meta like most of the youtubers but hitting close to 1 million on my spell crits
I feel like "nerfed by the bunker master" might be the better background now. I mean you get a little less int and wisdom than the failed monk but its pretty mutch just an all stats up.
So couple of points I found out....skill cool down is almost useless with the final skill that resets spell cool downs on a gun crit. And I like using the polymorph. Both points while using a cryo sub machine gun that shoots the 4 bullets per shot along with high crit chance basically means you can cast ALOT of free spells on the polymorph and proc the cool down reset alot...

Having morph is just as good. I don't see how you can say its not when it literally gives you so many stacks of weaving and demolishes everything around you with spells.
For anyone still wondering, progress story. Need to find the (Half) Bard to bless your ship, then when he fulfills a mission many years in the making you unlock it
Personal i think dex and str is better for spellshoot than int and wis. Once you get the last skill on the tree you will be be criting so much your skill will be off cooldown all the time. So more crit rate and crit damage means more damage.
@@paxverse6599 nice thing about this game, you can change the numbers in dex, str, etc...at any time so when you hit that last skill you can go in and change up your strengths :)

@@TheLimitedPixel a kill skill activates after getting a kill with anything. Have you ever played borderlands? Lmao. It will activate and reduce ur spell timer when you get the kill.
does anyone know if raising your intelligence (decreasing spell cooldown) applies to your second spell if youre running ambi-hex? or does that spell still scale with attenuation
Mhm, it seems you missed the big Point of him, His Last ability in the tree. With the right weapon you can Spam your spells because they get reset CDs all the time. For me playing a Fantasy Borderlands means to do Fantasy stuff and get away from the gunplay. This is Not really a casterbuild

Ambihextrous is awesome. You can fire both spells at the same time firing two streams of fire like diablo

Yeah, morph feels like playing with Phaselock/grasp. Loving it!
crit change scales from your start 5% crit change so it basicly *this early wortles* (spell crit change works as intended)
I like stabshot. Duel spells and huge crits.

What exactly does 'repeating spell' mean in the Spellweaving description?
Spells like ones where the character is snapping his fingers repeatedly which ‘repeats the Spell’ used by holding down the spell button.

That's fine, crit dmg is great for any class just mack sure you increase your crit chance as well

Can you explain what it means by kill skill? I know there is action skill and spell skill
A kill skill activates it's effects which you kill something. You should see its icon underneath your xp bar if it's active
