I'm genuinely trying to find out why would someone put a permanent carpet on the floor? What's wrong with rugs on top of tiles that can actually be cleaned? Just why?
True, but some people's foot smells, I wouldn't want to deal with that. It would also be uncomfortable for guests, if they get caught off guard and aren't wearing their best pair of socks... In the end, the best choice is ceramic.

After a pet-related carpet mishap, I thought my carpet was ruined. Thanks to a professional cleaning service, it's as good as new! Amazing how effective their methods are.
Results are INCREDIBLE, well done!! 👏 So satisfying to see the filth disappear. 😂 I work in the commercial floorcovering business as a field technician (inspections, warranties, quality control, estimates) and 95% of our business is with apartment communities. I've never known a property to have an occupied unit cleaned during a lease; it's always done after the move out. A resident who let it get to this state will surely let it happen again and again, so cleaning mid-lease is moot point. You would make a fortune in my area, so many of my properties just replace carpet when it gets to this point.

did you end up moving any of the furniture to clean the carpet under them? Looks good. Hey do you ever use the first machine, then shampoo vac the carpet, only to have to go back and repeat using the brush machine, and vac again?
You could have mentioned this but I am just curious if your customers are educated afterwards about how to maintain as best as they can between your services? Ive always heard baking soda or carpet fresh is awful and just builds over time in the fibers, could that have been why their high traffic areas were sticky? awesome job! loved this video!!
I tend to tell people that regular vacuuming is very important as the soil gets beat into the carpet and works like sandpaper against the fibers, causing traffic patterns to show quicker. Regular vacuuming reduces that and also makes professional cleaning better because the soil load will be less. That's part of the reason why we always pre-vac each job. If they have pets who have accidents, we have a stain remover that we offer if they'd like to purchase a higher end product for regular use.
From what I could tell so far you’re doing a fantastic job are used to install carpet years ago. You should recommend her getting a carpet guy in there and re-stretching her carpet. As long as it ain’t dry rotted it should be able to stretch unless she’s had it done once before.

I have white berber carpet.. What is the best way to clean it ?? I have a carpet wet vacuum and have rented the ones from the hardware store but they dont seem to do much... any suggestions ?? thank you
Hi Johnny. White berber is generally olefin or polyester carpets. Which means they have an affinity for oils and require some citrus and a neutralizing rinse. I don't have experience with those machines, so I apologize I won't be helping there. Berber, if not dried well enough, will brown out and requires an acidic rinse to reverse it. I'd suggest hiring a pro to be honest.
