- They said it has been cleaned ONCE in 28 years, that's just a single clean every 14 years! Amazing!
This job was a lot of fun, but also had it's setbacks! From a wonky turbo nozzle to woeful water pressure, I hope you enjoy this relaxing pressure washing.
Thanks for watching and see you in the comments for another jet washing extravaganza!

Hello lovely people!
Thank you for all of the amazing comments and feedback on the last video, I hope you enjoy this one just as much, if not more!!
Really enjoyed the different types of cleaning in this one despite some setbacks.
See you in the comments 💎
So much brighter! Sometimes think it would be better of some of the lower bricks on the houses are cleaned too, as that magnifies the effect of a clean pathways. In this case including the porch pillars...
Hi there. Obviously you are from the UK. I noticed that your jobs are quite harder than in the States due to all the corners, small pathways, slate designs, little decorative retaining walls with fancy tops and moving all those garden plants and statues. It is a nightmare to clean. Here in the US we have straight concrete driveways and just a few access walkways which is easier to navigate. You do such a great job no wonder you are exhausted. Stay safe out there. Take care and God bless
The English love that stuff it seems. I visited England last year and saw these inlaid stone driveways all over the place.
It's the big difference between a proper nation and something like the United States. It's quite nice to see other places having proper sized homes.
@eriklarsson3188 do the Americans love them?
Very nice job..huge improvement but I wish you had cleaned the green off the bottom of the wooden fence
Thank you Sandra! You're right, I hadn't thought it that bad when I was there until I was editing the video and though 'ah I wish I'd given that a little spray'!
I might give it a clean next time I'm doing the windows there 😁 appreciate your feedback too!
Yes I was thinking about that green on the bottom of the fencing aswell as the slight green/dirty on the brick on the bottom of the columns
also the bench

And a wash down of algae on the small storage cabinet by the back door would have been nice.Sometimes it is the small things that will delight the customer and make you stand out amongst the rest of the competition.
"I got this wind screen hopefully it will help with the wind sounds" *immediate wind sounds*
🤣 life can be cruel
There is an incredible sense of wellbeing just watching this kind of footage,,,,, it gives a sense of renewal which can be profound,,,,,,,, should be on prescription,,,,, well done,,looking forward to the next one ✌✌✌✌✌✌❤
Great work! If you are using standard garden hose 1/2" you could try going up to 3/4" to increase flow from customers outside tap. Else get a hozelelock splitter attach to tap end and run 2 garden hoses to your buffer tank/bin as narrow diameter of garden hose will slow down flow. Else use customers wheelie bin as well (might need to clean it out first) have 2 full bins before you start and work between the two. Might decrease time spent waiting on water supply to catch up.
Great tip! Thanks! Really struggled with how much waiting around there was on this job unfortunately. I've got a growing shopping list of things to buy when I get a bit extra to go and buy it, need a bigger hose and a leaf blower for sure!
I spoke to the customer and he said it's criminal how low the pressure is, glad it wasn't just me :D
Thanks for watching mate and for taking the time to help!
Surely outside tap will be supplied by 15mm/0.5 inch pipe as is standard.. Don't understand how a bigger pipe after the tap will increase the flow when theres already a 15mm rerstriction in the flow.
@@stevemichael8458restrictions are cumulative. Put a bucket under your tap and time how long it takes to fill it. Then get a really long hose on to the same tap and refill the same bucket. It will take longer with the hose attached!
Beautiful job!
Thank you so much 😀
I couldn’t wait to see the beautiful inlaid stone driveway. It is just beautiful. You did an amazing job. Thank you for a great video. 😊
🐛 Fantastic job as always! Get some rest and take care of yourself. You deserve it
Thank you, I will! I really appreciate your lovely comments, they always bring a smile to me on a Sunday morning
@@diamondexteriorcleaning And that makes me smile ❤️ I’m in the middle of moving to another state that is 2,300 miles away. It’s a big journey and I’ve been feeling a little road worn. Watching your calming videos and listening to your soothing voice helps me to slow down and feel peaceful. I really appreciate you.
Too slow. Too much facetime. Bad camera angles.
@@awilliams5007 shame you didn't enjoy this one! Appreciate you giving your time to have a look in the first place. Maybe this channel just isn't for you 👍🏻
Great work to you and that delivery man in the back carrying that huge package. 👏
He was lovely. Very patient driver he was 🙏🏻 thanks ms Marieo!
Stunning clean!
Thank you! Really appreciate you 😁
Great work, sorry it took so long for water fill ups, very frustrating. Turned out really nice.💙
Thank you Brenda! Sometimes it's like that hehe. Got it done 👍🏻. Really appreciate you 😊
It looks so much better. Great job!!!
That came up well; yes, noticed the nozzle; I can not believe you picked up the tiles without gloves. Living in Australia it was interesting to see you do that. 😨 Gloves and spray are a must! Keep up the great work.
I could never. 🕷
Love the cool tiles.. great job 😊
Watching your vids is do relaxing and therapeutic. Amazing transformations.
Glad you like them! 😄
The front has a lot of wonderful surfaces that need cleaning. A nice treat. The triangular area you started with actually brought up some humor. The surface was going from white (blotch) to...black...black?...the bricks were actually supposed to be black. :) In reverse, the concrete and paving is going from black to much brighter. Sorry you found such a lack of water pressure. 9:55 is a WOW. This place is going to have a major shift. Noted the lichen that was refusing to move, glad you can work on them. It is always worthwhile to be able to fill in with bits when you are struck with inefficiency. There is a lot of fun in making things "new" again. You've done the Crazy Paving, brick paving, stone aggregate, low wall with capstone.... I'd vote for the wood seating in the front as well. As far as I know, it doesn't take a long time and everything would then match. If you are going to do the fence, I'd recommend getting the (ivy) off first, as cleaning will make an extreme contrast with any undone areas. A good pick, nice work and excellent renewal for the home and neighborhood.
Thank you so much for this wonderful comments Robert!
I really appreciate you have paid such attention to the video and enjoyed it as much as it seems. I'm glad to have you around. 💎
Once again, you uploaded a great video. Property was in a bad shape when you started.
But as usual, you justified your efforts and now, it looks like new.
Best part is that you have 100% dedication to your job which will help you to grow in future.
My best wishes are always with you. Cheers 👍
Thank you again SINGH!

Excellent work, looks great! 🐛 🐛 🐛
Really enjoyed this, what a great job you’ve done.
Looks good 👍 well done ✅ I'm glad you have a surface cleaner it makes it easier.
Many moons ago I worked for a Karcher Distributor. One of the biggest sellers for this type of job was a sand blasting attachment to the power washer. Works first time , removes everything and saves on water. The grit is very fine and wouldn't clog up any drains.
Ooh I have not heard of that! I need to see it :D
The pattern I'm seeing here in comparing UK lawn/pavement care to US lawn/pavement care is that in the UK, you guys have to clean your pavement more often due to the constant mist-like weather you guys get which causes so much moss and algae growth. We don't have that problem here in the States that much. Except for maybe in the Pacific Northwest where the weather is very similar to the UK. But what we do have here that y'all don't typically have is large lawns with sidewalks that are the property owner's job to maintain. With all these lawncare channels that I watch, the thing I notice the most is that it's the corner lots that always seem to go neglected or abandoned. Why? Because there's just so much more land and sidewalk right-of-way that the owner has to deal with. And most people don't have the equipment to properly maintain those kind of lots. To maintain sidewalks, you need a good Weed Wacker edger tool. Without that, your sidewalks are going to get overgrown in just a little while.
Its a different set up than the U.S. --- The UK local council/authority maintain sidewalks and grass outside the boundry of the front garden . In the UK yards are known as gardens so stones rather than concrete is prefered. The Video above shows a 1970s/80 "crazy paving" as known.
Came up great 🐛😃👏👏
Thanks Lisa! It was a challenge but we got there in the end! :D
Wonderful job ! Greetings from north of France

Hello! Thanks for the fab support Cesar 😁
Top job my friend.
Thank you for sharing your work, 34 years you say? WOW ! That's a lot.
Stay safe
P.s, The Wonky nozzle may be from hard water deposits. They have a tendency to do that.
Nice job. I am amazed at how well the mortar held up in the crazy paving!
You and me both! It seemed super solid, really lucky :D
Wow! Just wow.
Thank you Barbara :D
Awesome Job! Looks gorgeous! Keep posting great transformations.

Looks like a million bucks!
Thanks so much :D
I really enjoyed the video. Looks great 👍. 🐛🐛🐛
So glad you enjoyed it Marjorie! 🐛😁
Fanstic job as always .
NEW SUBSCRIBER!! I have a question. Because you have to rinse after the surface cleaner anyway, would it save time for you to do the edging after you use the surface cleaner? That way, the wand would be both cleaning the edging, and rinsing at the same time. Very frustrating when you're fighting low water pressure. You might also ask the homeowner to check inside where the tap goes through the wall to see if there is a shut off valve there, and make sure the valve is open all the way.
Ooh good suggestion about lancing after surface cleaning. Double whammy!
They had no solution for low pressure unfortunately, I think because it's at the top of a hill.
Thanks so much for watching, SUBSCRIBING and taking the time to comment Pandora, see you in the next one 😁
Thank you for the kind response. I'll go back and watch your past videos as well, while looking forward to new ones.
Great job 👏 🐛
Thank you 🤗
Every time it is wet, the woodlice climb up the walls.❤
They were a pleasant surprise to see!
What a remarkable difference. Hope they don’t wait another 28 yrs to do it again. Don’t like the bugs.
Haha yes! I like the bugs, from a distance :P
Ich Feier dich.....🎉 Endlich jemand der den Belag vorher mal Nass macht , damit es weich und leichter zu reinigen ist 🎉🎉🎉👍 Gruß aus Deutschland ✌️👍
I would have given the fence a bit of a wash down, but good job.
Very nice job on stone and fence.
Thanks
Wow, thank you so much Ted! How generous. I am glad you enjoyed the video :D
Bug! Cute little things
00:42 sounds like Richard Burton threw his daily trash into the bin. 🇺🇸
Hello Jake, this is the second time i watched one of your videos. You did a great job despite the water pressure.
Speaking of that, have you or the customer checked the water meter?
I don't know if it is the same in Great Britain than in Belgium (where I live) but normally where the water pipe enters the house there is a round devise to cut off the water in the entire house. If that is not open enough, then the pressure will be low.
Water pressure comes from the water company and must be the same in every town where they supply.
If the neighbors have more pressure, then it would be a good idea to check that when you go back for the patio.
It's a "Pin Prick Tap"
In UK Mains Tap is located in Kitchen.
None payment to Supplier(s) Tap is located on Pavement as no access to Home required.
🐛🪳nice work 👏
Another blockbuster. 72K views after only 2 weeks. Incredible!
I can't believe it! :D
Looks great but the green on the fence was killing me
Oh I know! I didn't notice it too much when I was cleaning, I think I was caught up on getting the job done.
I think I'll have to scratch that itch and see if I can give it a once over next time I'm there!
Really appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment 😁
ohhh wow ,wow ,wow Mega ❤😊💯🙏
So glad you liked it! :D Thanks for watching!!!
I wonder if they have the water valve in the basement all the way open? Good job.
I had a feeling the “no music” blokes would get in your ear. How about a happy medium - shorter segments/sections we hear buzzing pins and needles and the longer more intricate segments/sections we not only become entranced by your superb technique and video documentation. Wait! I think I’m hearing…music! @10:34. It’s like you read my mind. Very cool. You do you. Your vibe will attract your Tribe.
What is the white foam you treated the tile with? I have not seen a power wash before. Great job done,♥️
Hiya, that is Sodium Hypochlorite, it helps remove the black spots that are stubborn in the stone. I mix it with a soap :)
What pressure washer do you use psi and flow lpm I have been looking at starting a cleaning service much thanks great video
Sounds like the homeowners need to power wash their plumbing as well to fix the flowrate issues. . 🤣
Question. Do you clean also the fence. Awesome. Job
Not this one my friend :)
